This tour was incredible. We learned so much history. Our guide Norberto was a delight. Spoke very good English. He was always open to our questions. Flexible to what we wanted and where we wanted to cut things short. Would highly highly recommend!

Viajar a la ciudad de guadalajara es una experiencia inolvidable para quien la visita porque es una ciudad muy hermosa y muy limpia y segura porque quiero empezar con mi experiencia en ella en mis 4 viajes lo primero que me gusta es su belleza arquitectónica, su gente agradable , su gastronomía, pero lo que más me gusta es la seguridad en las calles porque hay vigilancia siempre y ahora hay policías muy jóvenes y bien preparados y cuando los abordas te ayudan y eso creo hay que decirlo porque en todo México si hay un cambio y también hay fallas pero en lo personal yo siempre resaltó lo bueno, tienen un tren ligero espectacular, limpio , barato , seguro, y lo mejor que puedes conocer la ciudad sin problemas

Norberto was very knowledgeable about the history of Guadalajara. He and Danny, our driver, were very friendly and personable. I would have liked more time in Tlaquepaque, though. I feel lunch was a little long and so was Guadalajara and felt rushed in Tlaquepaque.
All in all, it was a good tour though and I would do it again.

So many great things, The dulce tour and Walking time in Tlaquepaque were awesome. The restaurant we stopped in had several options to share, I got a chanceto taste 4 different things without breaking the bank.

My daughter had an emergency and I contacted Destinos Amigo Tours to reschedule. I would have been ok with not having a refund, but I would have liked to at least reschedule. My daughter and I barely had any sleep and it would have been impossible for us to do the tour.
I do not recommend Destinos Amigo Tours. When I tried negotiating changing the date, they simply stopped replying to my messages on WhatsApp.
I will never purchase a tour suggested by Trip Advisor either. If they do not check irresponsible vendors, they do not deserve people’s business.
Trip Advisor should do more due diligence with the companies it does business with. I’ll be documenting the conference I came to in Guadalajara on my social media and will do the same for this trip.

Dear monicatM5, we verified your reservation and our team told us that you never sent the requested medical note in order to proceed with a refund, since you cancelled your tour at 9:06 am (the pick up was at 9:00) so, due to our cancellation policies this can not be possible. We are very sorry about this whole situation,

Roni Hernandez and Edgar were excellent guides! Mr Hernandez is very knowlegeable and proud of his Guadalajara, and now we are too! We enjoyed and learned; service was excellent. Definitely a highly recommended tour.

This tour did not include enough of modern Guadalajara and the time in Tlatlepaque was as well limited. It was basically paying for a ride, going to sweet factory and then staying a couple of hours on our own in Tlatlepaque.
