This was the highlight of my stay in Guadalajara. I very much enjoyed this tour and highly recommend it. Tour guide Diego was friendly and extremely knowledgeable - educating not only on the background history of the historical sites but also the significance and present day impact. If you love history you have to take this walking tour! Muchas gracias Diego!

Had a fantastic time with Diego. He is clearly very knowledeagble and his passion for the city clearly comes through the tour. It was a great mix of anecdotes, architecture, culture and history. We had small kids on our tour and he was super patient and kept it interesting and engaging for them as well. Great experience--would highly recommend.

I read all of the reviews prior to booking with Diego. He did not disappoint. He was very well versed on all the history of Guadalajara, and gave us an amazing tour. He also gave us time to explore when we visited the Cathedral and many of the churches. I would highly recommend talking this to her with a Diego!

Where to start....
We were prepared to learn some interesting history of Guadalajara but quite honestly speaking, Diego is beyond knowledgeable of this beautiful treasure of a city he calls home. He possesses a deep understanding of the history & culture, which is rich and incredibly interesting.
Be prepared to be taken on journey, exploring so many beautiful neighborhood, churches, cathedrals, public squares, grand markets, city sculptures, and murals, all while learning their history. This is a tour you don't want to miss.
We are so thankful that we chose to take Diego's tour at the beginning of our trip, as it helped to ground us in the historic spaces we wished to spend time to explore.
Diego encouraged us to take plenty of pics and gave us a glimpse into historic sights with images from the past. He also offered plenty of amazing recommendations of museums, murals, towns, and restaurants to check out while there.
He is so proud of his city, and it's easy to understand why after visiting here.
Diego, thank you for making this an unforgettable trip & experience for us.
Guadalajara, you'll see us again.

We did a walking tour and Diego was the best tour guide you could ask for. He was so personable, professional, and knowledgeable about the city and all of its history. We could not believe how much we learned in just a few hours. I will definitely be recommending him to other for another tour and will take another one myself!

It was our first time visiting Guadalajara and thanks to Diego, It won't be our last. Diego suggested we start our tour earlier than our original set time due to the high temperatures later in the day. We appreciated that insight as we wanted to avoid walking in the hot sun for hours. He was very kind, patient and informative as we walked through all the different neighborhoods. He allowed frequent stops for pictures, answered all our questions and offered great recommendations on where to eat and shop. We visited a few local shops, The Cathedral, Plaza De Armas, and many more places. We really recommend his walking tour as it's a great way to see and learn about the most important moments in the history of Guadalajara. Gracias Diego por tu compartir con nostoros la bella ciudad de Guadalajara.

This was a great tour to get acquainted with GDL. Diego was very accommodating, personable, knowledgeable and overall a great tour guide. We started out at a meeting point which Diego graciously selected for us to accommodate parking. We strolled through 3 popular neighborhoods filled with history, culture and a great hipster vibe and worked our way to the historic center and lastly the market. All the way we learned some history, important landmarks and even eatery suggestions. We stopped at 2 chapels and the cathedral where we had free time to take pics and tour leisurely. We did some shopping at the end of the tour at the Libertad Market, which was a great way to finish the tour.I highly recommend Diego for this tour.

Diego gave an incredible tour! He pointed out history of neighborhoods, architecture, historical figures, and he mixed in general knowledge and information about the way of life in Guadalajara. He is incredibly knowledgeable and answered every question we had while giving suggestions and recommendations on what else we could do/see. The walking tour was a great way to see things we wouldn’t see on a bus tour or driving, I would highly recommend booking a tour with Diego!

Don’t hesitate! He’s a great tour guide. I’ve been many places in Mexico but never to Guadalajara. Diego gave my friend and I an engaging and informative tour of the history and architecture of the city. We ended the tour with delicious tacos and hibiscus tea in the market. I’ll definitely book him again for his other tours.

Hola, me gustaria reservar contigo, solo me gustaría que me confirmaras si todo el recorrido es a pie ya que viendo en el maps, hay traslados que son de 20 a 30 minutos a pie, por ejemplo del tianguis de Chapultepec al mercado Libertad. Gracias
