I booked my transfer from Benito Juarez Airport to my hotel separately from my return transfer. Both times I had Adrien as a driver. The transfer worked seamlessly both ways. Adrien was polite, knowledgeable, and great fun. The drive was scenic yet efficient. Save yourself lots of stress, bypass the taxis, forget waiting for an Uber, and get this transfer. Worth every penny!

No better than Uber and a lot more expensive. Rather than being met as we were told we would be, we had to walk quite a distance with our luggage to a different gate. Then we had to call the travel agent and she contacted a car to

I am a 55 year old woman who speaks only basic Spanish, so I thought planning out my transportation to and from the airport was a good idea. I paid extra to get Amigo Tours to send a car for the round trip.
The trip to the hotel was very slow, but it uneventful. At that time, the representative told me they would pick me up for my return to the airport at 8:30am the day of my flight. As my flight left around noon, I believed this was reasonable.
At 9am on the day I was leaving, I called Amigo Tours to ask where they were, and was informed that I had missed my car!!
The driver showed up at the hotel at 6:30am, took a photo of the car out front, and LEFT!!! I was awake and in my hotel room packing - no call on my cell, no call from the front desk! I asked at the desk, and they assured me no one had come inside to inquire about me. I was STRANDED! Luckily, I was able to get an Uber.
When I got home, I asked for a refund for 1/2 the price, and was told their “policy did not permit!” DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!! They will leave you! Uber is cheaper, faster, much easier, and SAFER!!! Install the app before you go!!!

I booked the Mexico City Airport Transfer through Amigo Tours. It was a prepaid amount of $46 USD for a private transfer in a sedan. I arrived in MEX and found my driver who was holding a sign with my name. (The sign did not say Amigo Tours - as the website said it would, it simply had my name). The driver was also standing there with his friend. This "friend" of his was also going in our car. I asked who she was and he said he was her Spanish tutor and he was showing her the city. I also asked why she was coming with us and he said "because it's more convenient for me." We then walked to the parking lot to his car, which had absolutely NO indication that it belonged to the Amigo Tours. Apart from the fact that he knew my name I had zero confidence that this driver was affiliated with the company. The whole situation was extremely uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone.

In this case all our drivers wear the uniform with the amigo tour logo on the chest so you can identify them easily. For private services nobody else is allowed in the car so you have the option to contact your agency so they can send us the incidence about the situation of the unknown person on board, we will be ready to follow the case. We hope you come back soon and give us the opportunity of keep using our services.
