We were left with a full, detailed and complete understanding of Mexican history and culture. Our day started with a minor shift to our pickup location and the agency was very accommodating to the last minute request. Ramon is an absolute gem of a tour guide! If we had a question, he had an answer. He has incredible story telling skills and my kids were able to absorb and retain so much from this tour. My wife and I were left in awe just by the absolute sheer knowledge he had of everything. Aside from his knowledge, he's a great person. He even took the time to enjoy ice cream with the kids and take our photos at prime locations. We highly recommend this tour and highly suggest Ramon if he's available .You will not be disappointed. Gracias Ramon!

If you can afford this is the best way to learn about a city and history. Group tours are usually ok but we like lots of personal interaction with a local guide. Plus flexibility to change schedules etc. Ramon and Carlos were both superb and gracious!

Carlos was a terrific tour guide. He was knowledgeable, personable and a great ambassador for Mexico City. He was thorough in showing us the major parts of the Anthropology Museum, which was a highlight of the day. I was with my brother (which is not offered as a selection under "who was with you" - if you're with family, it assumes you're with children - weird).

The tour guide was very nice and had insightful discussions on Mexico City history and decent tour of the museum.
Our guide wasn’t licensed to be a guide (expired) and we had to lie to the museum to avoid getting kicked out and was very uncomfortable.
I would save the money and avoid this tour.

We are very sorry for your disagreement, and the inconvenience in the museum, unfortunately due to causes derived from the pandemic there are still delays to expedite procedures, because the credential is a procedure. it does not determine an individual's knowledge or abilities. an invalid document our commitment, our effort and dedication to serve our distinguished visitors like you.

Mariana fue una guía súper linda, con un tour muy completo. Nuestra experiencia con ella estuvo súper bien. Además quisimos hacer extra paradas y ella sin problema nos llevó a conocer los extra lugares que queríamos ver. No tengo ningún comentario negativo para decir. Igual nuestro chofer Daniel fue súper atento y siempre muy amable. Muy buena experiencia! Lo recomiendo mucho!

This tour exceeded all my/our expectations. My colleague and I had just one day before our conference began and we wanted to see the city. Veronica was our tour guide and Lalo was our driver. Our first stop was the Museum of Anthropology. We expected the ususal, " ypu can explore and we'll meet you back at the entance in an hour." Instead, Veronica took us through each section sharing her vast knowledge of her city's history. The same happened in the Center City Historical District-- 2 hours of soaking up the vurrent and past culture. We also wanted to experience a local market. Again, Veronica introduced us to the fruits and vegetables and meats we were unfamiliar with and gave us preparation tips. This tour was the highlight of our trip.

Incredibly detailed history lesson in beautiful Mexico City. This is exactly what we hoping for and our private guide Edith was friendly, knowledgeable and fun to spend the day with. Our driver Juan got us around town fast and safe. I would recommend this particular tour to anyone that wants to know about important cultural sites in the city. It really was a perfect day.

This was a tour that my husband and I enjoyed very much. Our guide was Sergio Toledo, who was very knowledgeable, we learned a lot about the mexica culture and the spanish conquistadors. One of the tour highlights was the visit to the Anthropology Museum, huge one, so we only visit the room about aztec culture and learned a lot. Highly recommend this tour and our tour guide!

I can't say enough about Carlo's and Christian's professionalism, friendliness and knowledge. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. I highly recommend the tour for anyone looking for a private guide through the history of the city. We were here on a school research trip and Carlo was invaluable in helping us with insights on that as well.

Hi ,
My wife and I will be in Mexico City from 3rd till the 8th of November this year from New Zealand. We can only speak English.
We will be staying at The Gran Hotel Cludad de Mexico.
I am 64 and cant walk long distances and my wife is 60 and quite fit.
We would like probably 2 days touring the city and nearby sites.
Do you have English speaking guides available for the 3rd and 4th of November?
And can you please give me an estimate of cost in Mexican $ ?

Probably. They were very accommodating, but you need to ask them up front. Some may need to be home to make dinner for the family- in that case, the tour may be shortened and you miss a few things. But ask; they may be able to accommodate you if they can plan on it in advance.

I’m 69 and my wife is 64. We walked about 90% of our tour because we love to walk and we wanted to see as much as possible on foot. But you can ask the guide to do as little walking as possible. This is a private tour and it’s up to you how much walking vs. driving will be done. I’m sure the guide will accommodate you. Ours would, I’m sure.
