Hi the tour was not what we expected
The guide just took us to cuernavaca to one street of the city , no explanations where given
In Taxco they just immediately took us to a shop instead of taking us to sight seen in the city
Again they did not have any info or knowledge regarding the place
At the time of lunch they forgot to include us in the list of those who paid for it so we had to contact them after we were forced to pay , so that they could reimburse us. They did
But simply it is not what they advertised.
Look for another option !!!

We spent an owful time in pickup times and waiting’s. Arriving eventually at Taxco at 2pm (including 20mn no more in Cuernavaca). People just seemed not to know who was going and where and when.
The lunch was shameful
The two stars are for Taxco only. A beautiful city that we saw too quickly

I'm really sorry that you had a bad experience. Sometimes when the tours are shared the delays of other passengers affect everyone.
In the tours, we try to do the best planning so you can enjoy, but sometimes the traffic or the long distances to Taxco do not favor us.

Nos llevaron a Cuernavaca en un viaje aproximado de 1 hora, visitamos sus Iglesias, luego nos dirigimos a Taxco que es un lugar hermoso por su paisaje, una vista maravillosa con un clima caluroso, gente amable y muchas tiendas de joyería que te brindan a tu llegada tu vasito de Tequila. Toco engreirnos un rato y comprar para engreir a las mujeres de la familia.

Very bad experience we left behind schedule and had to skip Cuernavac because guide said that all the places that are go-to places to see were closed for renovations? the drive was chaotic at best, there were times we all thought we were going to crash, very fast in and out of traffic just a horrible experience all around, Taxco was a delight but the trip over is something I hope nobody expiereces.

Taxco is just an amazing little town full of jewelry, history and kind people. We really enjoyed our tour there, the ride was excellent, the guide was always pending on whatever you might need… highly recommended!

I had an excellent time, I loved the sites we were taken to, and the guide was great, very informative. I had a really awesome time, and the pictures absolutely amazing. Wish we could spend more time in Cuernavaca, but the main attraction to this tour is Taxco, and you will not be disappointed.
They only bad thing I have about this tour is be very very very careful with your belongings, do not leave anything behind, because you will not get it back. I called the phone number provided, right after I got off the bus and noticed I had left a bag of souvenirs, they informed me that they still hadn't reached their second stop to call them back in 10 minutes, so I did, and they were not able to find anything, like it disappeared, disappointed at the level of dishonesty of the tour guides/company, but that's life I suppose! But the tour itself was nice, like I said just be very careful and make sure you don't leave anything behind or you will not get anything back.

El tour a Cuernavaca y Taxco guiado por Kevin y Ariadna estuvo muy bonito. El bus de lujo y muy cómodo, solo que, el tiempo en Cuernavaca es muy corto, casi no se puede hacer mucho, se entiende por el tiempo que hay que tomar en Taxco, pero entonces deberían de hacer un tour solo para Taxco. Taxco es realmente mágico, y las compras que se pueden hacer son bastantes buenas.
