Good attention and service. The tour is quite decent, considering the price, travel time and the explanation they give you throughout the cave.

El guía ron da muy buen servicio y excelente atención, todo el tiempo está con el grupo y da explicaciones muy detalladas en todo el camino la verdad 10/10 volvería a tomar otro tour con el sin pensarlo, lo recomiendo.

Our tour guide was supposed to be in English, but the tour was mixed and the guide spoke 75% Spanish, and 25% English. In the main part of the trip, which is the caves, the guide didn't even enter the caves and the 2 hour tour was by an official guide who only spoke Spanish. The caves are the main part of the tour and it's not even in English. The caves them self are nice.
The so called lunch was served around 17:30, so it's really a dinner. Food was great.
The visit to the "Silver mine" is just a visit to a silver store where they try to sell you stuff, with a 30 minute talk about silver. The talk was okay, but the whole 1 hour stop at this place is to sell you silver jewelry.

Thank you very much for your comments, they are very important to us.
Let me tell you that our shared tours are bilingüal most of the time, we are going to talk with the guides to do them as required.
Concerning to the caves, thanks to your comments, we will ask our guides to enter with the english speaking visitors to explain them.
Besides you learn about the silver mine, the artistic work made by silver, is appreciated for our tourists that like to take souvenirs to their families and friends, that´s why the visit is included.
We hope you visit México in a near future and compensate your bad experience with our service.
