I have been quite surprised that when asked to write a review I have read the tour description and have actually seen there, that it should have included a lunch. I have booked the tour for 2 people and we have been asked to pay at the restaurant. Of course I should have known what I have booked but to simply rip us off is not a very nice move of the tour operator.

Super recomendado, los guìas Rosa Maria, y Eliseo, excelentes personas, super amables.
Eso si, un par de cosas para quienes tomen el tour:
Es mejor no incluir el almuerzo, ya que las opciones que te dan en el restaurante son muy limitadas, y personalmente no nos gustaron. Los que no habìan inlcuido el almuerzo, les fue mejor al tener màs opciones para ordenar.
Yo no utilizarìa la palabra "fake" para describir la intervenciòn en teotihucan, como arquitecto, prefiero utilizar la palabra "reconstruction", ya que fake significa falso. El sitio fue intervenido, y los arquelogos han tratado de reconstruir de acuerdo a lo disponible, lo que probable era en sus tiempos de esplendor.
Por ùltimo, Eliseo, disculpa por llevarme accidentalmente tu bolso. Saludos.
Muchas gracias por un dìa maravilloso.

Antonio and Alberto were EXCELLENT! Antonio was very knowledgeable, funny, and just a nice man. Alberto's driving skills were phenomenal! We were so glad that we took this tour!

I enjoyed this tour especially the full history given at every stop on the tour by Carlos the tour guide who was extremely personable. I learned alot and this was the last thing I did before I returned home the next morning and it was a nice end to my stay in Mexico city. This tour was smaller and the group fit in a van vs. a charter bus like another tour I went on the day before. I liked the smaller group better since I was a solo traveler. Also it was easier to park, be picked up and arrive/depart on time. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Mexico city.

It was a day well spent. I felt like we had enough time at each of the sites even though lunch went a little long. We couldn't get my and my husband's seatbelt to work, so hopefully they check those out and repair them if necessary. Bring a hat and sunscreen, I ended up a bit rosy part way through the day.

Carlos was a funny and informative tour guide, and Alberto did a great job driving. My kids (9 and 12) loved him. The tour was very cool, especially Teotihuacan.

I enjoyed seeing the pyramids but this trip could have been organized much better. Our tour guide Rosamaria tried her best. She explained everything in Spanish and English. Our first stop was the Basilica and we took a walk through all together. She then gave us free time. Except she was giving us 2 hours there instead of the 1 hour on the itinerary. When one of the other visitors brought that up, she cut only 20 minutes off of our free time. She assured us, don't worry, we'll have plenty of time for the pyramids and lunch. She told us later that the Basilica is such an important religious site that people who want to take the tour for that reason get annoyed when they have a shorter time. Except that everyone knew how much time was allotted on the itinerary and chose the trip based on that.
What ended up happening was we went to a terribly slow restaurant for lunch that took two hours to deliver all of our food - a few of us had pre-paid for lunch, which was supposed to be but wasn't a buffet, and most others hadn't. That meant 40+ people had to order individual meals. They couldn't handle it. Those who pre-paid only had 2 set menus to choose from while everyone else had all of the choices. By the time the last couple of people received their food, there was only an hour and 15 minutes left until Teotihuacan was closing (not for last entry but to kick you out). They had to scarf it down and we rushed over there. The guides mostly told us about the pyramids on the way back to Mexico City.
Rosamaria acknowledged that the restaurant was a very bad choice and said it wasn't her fault, that the manager had chosen it. If they choose another restaurant with a buffet that can handle a group of a large size, and also stop changing the timing of each stop based on what they think visitors want, this would be a decent tour, but for now I'd suggest looking at other companies.

Excelente tour, muy amable el conductor (Eliseo) y el guía (Charly), saben mucho sobre su país y ciudad. Daban la libertad para tomar fotos y explicar bien los puntos de partida y retorno. Fui solo y fue una muy buena experiencia
