It’s free
The museum is free, you don’t need a paid guide. The museum is free, you don’t need to spend money on an advertised guide on trip advisor. It’s actually a bad deal, since the guides only get a fraction of the guide fee. Capitalism.

One of the top things to do in Mexico City!

Edith was a terrific tour guide. Loved seeing the Castle and hearing all the history. It was hugely awe inspiring.

Recorrido por el Castillo de Chapultepec

Excelente recorrido lleno de datos históricos interesantes, curiosos y desconocidos. Nuestro guía fue Héctor Balderas y la verdad es que es una persona super preparada con respecto a la información histórica del Castillo de Chapultepec, además de que tiene el plus de contar la historia de México sin que sea monótona o a aburrida y además muy atento a todas las preguntas o dudas. Recomiendo este recorrido a todos aquéllos que nunca hayan o incluso ya hayan ido y les interese conocer más sobre un sitio tan importante como es el Castillo de Chapultepec.

The castle is beautiful, our guide Hector was very good and took his time explaining the history. The castle’s garden on the top floor is gorgeous and the views of the city very grand.

Surpresa maravilhosa!

Preservação impecável desse que acredito ter sido o palácio com a melhor vista da Cidade do México. O lugar abriga um acervo fixo de painéis de grandes nomes mexicanos e mantem todos os ambientes decorados como eram antigamente. Além disso os vitrais são um show à parte. O caminho ate o plácio é uma subida que merece atenção - esteja disposto e com sapatos confortáveis.

El único castillo de Latinoamerica
Si visitas la CDMX esta atracción es un must visit. Se dice que el castillo y toda su zona boscosa es mas grande que Central Park en NYC. Las historias detrás del castillo son fascinantes. Recomiendo comprar audioguia o bien pagar un guía a la llegada.

Great place, missing handicap accessibility.

This is a beautiful museum, super nice place and spectacular view. What's going on with the handicap elevator? It was closed and I saw a few elders having a lot of problems to reach the entrance. Administrator of the museum, pay attention to these details!!!!
