Receiving a call to ensure we were still coming was great, especially given we were last ones off the plane when we arrived. He described what the person was wearing and where he’d be standing near Margaritaville.
Return/departure transfer back to airport was good as well. The driver went to another lobby at the resort than the one we were at, but was perfect timing bc we were a lil’ late getting back from breakfast.

I never got my voucher even though paid. I got confirmation of payment but no voucher. Fortunately the taxi driver at the airport accepted the confirmation of payment.

Great private transportation service but it took 45 minutes to find our driver holding a sign with our name on it. My one recommendation to Trip Advisor is to place a phone number of the vendor on the voucher.

Amastar was very accommodating during a busy weekend arrival.
We had pre-booked a private transfer to our hotel at the Oasis Pyramid and were
quickly accommodated with a competent driver and fantastic vehicular option.
I will not hesitate to utilize their services in the future. I highly recommend as an option
if you can . Muchas Gracia's to our driver.

Arrived Cancun 11PM T4, many taxi solicitations and other services waiting for their passengers. But after a little while, I found driver Raul for a trip to PDC. Had a cold beer waiting for us. The return trip to the airport also was smooth, the driver arrived on time. I knew the price up front so no surprises. I will use their service again next time.

Scam. Paid for “round trip transfer” to be told upon arrival we would owe another $78 USD for pick up to airport. False advertising. Just get a taxi when you arrive, and set up transport back to airport when you get to the resort.

We really sorry about this misunderstood, the 78 USD was mainly due to a difference between the transfer zones the original one you purchase was far away from the hotel you were really staying at, we will work to clarify that when customer purchases must verify if the zones correspond to the location of the hotel.

In the chaos of the Cancun airport, our driver was easy to find and was holding a sign with our name. Gotta love that! We didn't have to wait and jumped on board our clean van. When we left at 5am!! our driver was ready and waiting at the hotel. Effortless transportation. Highly recommended.

Flight arrived in Cancun airport at 9:26AM. Came out to lobby at 9:35AM. The driver was supposed to be wearing a green uniform and holding a banner with my name waiting outside (all were in the confirmation emails sent to me). We'd looked around in the lobby and parking lot, but unable to locate the driver. Contacted the support at 9:50AM, then missed a call 10:04AM (rang once and disconnected), returned call to the same number twice, not picking up. So, I had to look for a taxi myself. The experience is terrible. We (a family with a young kid) had wasted 30 minutes in a place speaking a different language which was supposed to be met for a well arranged pickup. The support even later argue for why you chose to get a taxi yourself, we're not going to issue a refund..... Good luck if you decide to choose this company.

We were so impressed with this company! Everyone was professional, attentive and timely! My family of four had a very late arrival which concerned us, but someone was waiting as soon as we stepped outside and immediately got us loaded up and off to start our vacation. At the end of our trip our driver showed up early and since we were ready and didn’t have to wait for others like you would with shared transportation, we were able to get going right away.

jackieowl I would suggest USA Transfers. You can book in advance online or just look for them as soon as you get outside the terminal. It takes a while to get through customs in Cancun so hard to give them a pick up time. They have Navy Blue hats and I believe white shirts. Super friendly! Good luck!
