Exelente desde el muchacho que nos vendió la excursión 10 puntos (tino) Agustín el Transfer no tengo palabras de agradecimiento la tripulación del catamarán (scarleta) desde el capi hasta los marineros 10 puntos nada que reprochar el servicio la atención la limpieza respeto increíble muchas gracias y felicitaciones sigan así !!!!!

We took a catamaran from Villa del Palmar to Isla Mujeres, with a snorkeling stop on the way. Our guide, Oliver, and crew of Capitán Luis and Diego and Luis were fantastic! We’ve been on several of these types of excursions and this crew was top notch! Attentive (but not overly so), liberal with beverages and entertainingly humorous! Highly recommend!

DO NOT BOOK. SCAM ARTISTS. My girlfriend and I waited for transportation for more than one hour. We called the company directly, contacted viator, and had our hotel staff contact them. When they responded after 30 minutes we were told the driver would be 5 minutes away and they never came. Instead of apologizing thwy are continuing to lie. There are better and cheaper catamaran tours available. THEY ALSO ARE TRYING TO GET MY GIRLFRIENDS REVIEW TAKEN DOWN. They are liars, incompetent, unorganized and untrustworthy. DO NOT BOOK

I did apologize and if it works I do apoligize one more time We made waste 2 hours of your holiday time and im sorry for that,we made a full refund you so i think you can let it go, if you keep staying angry is not healthy for you

We had this tour confirmed for more than 4 months and nobody picked us up from the lobby. I called tour operator several times and they hung up on me twice. I also talked to a representative the day prior just to confirm and they still were able to mess this up. DO NOT BOOK, save your money!

I really do not accept you call our company with this name,no one of our staff stole any money from you
Our driver came to the hotel and he did not found you, you can believe it or not but this is waht happen, the phone number you provided on your reservation was not working. Only 1 hour and half after your pick up time I was able to reach you at your phone and i apologize personally for not be able to bring you on the tour i offered you to change for another day you said you will be leaving next day so i told you will get full refund. I cannot say much more we will work to improve our pick up standard and provide to get signed from the hotels receptionist a relasein case of missed pickup.

Cancun Adventures staff collectively care about your experience. We sailed to Isla Mujeres.
We highly recommend you rent a golf cart when on that island. This entire experience was worth it and so much fun. The boat crew were fun, engaging, safe and kept the time from standing still. Bring your sunblock… leave your scuba or snorkeling gear behind at the hotel because the boat crew supply it. We carried our own and it was a burden… if with a mate, consider bringing only one beach towel you share for same reason. Give yourself 30 mins to drive golf cart from end of island back to the boat departure.
Overall: This was a terrific excursion.
We highly recommend you rent a golf cart when on that island. This entire experience was worth it and so much fun. The boat crew were fun, engaging, safe and kept the time from standing still.
