The host was kind, but we could not hear him. The two shopping trips did not offer anything of interest and were tourist traps (cheap magnets, shirts, shot glasses etc). The amount of time we were left at these stores was excessive (1 hr.) at each. This trip may be ok for those without transportation, but there was no value in the guided trip. I do not recommend.

This was not my first Cancun tour which is probably why my expectations were high for what I would have like my family to experience. I won't list out all of my gripes but the one that really needs to improve. This tour is 5 hours which is way too long for 2 hours of driving and 4 stops. Instead of stopping in the affordable locals market with souveniers and food, which would be bringing business to the local small business owners. Instead we drove past it and over to 2 other souvenier store with way overpriced jewelry and liqour for which we spent 1 hour at with high pressure sales tactics. The other sourvenier store has no pressure but overpriced items and we stayed for over an 1 hour. Lastly, there is no stops for food!

We were taken to amazing spots, all while reviving and experiencing pieces of history regarding Cancún that were all interesting to know!

I think doing a private tour in future would be better as some people on tour were rushing saying it's boring, complaining making the operators felt threatened and rushed the rest of group to hurry, end there lunch and or shopping and get back on bus to move along. It's was during time they give you most on tour to move around freely shop tequila taste etc. Another thing is everyone didn't want to do the tequila tour so the rest of us were not allowed. The operator of tour said oir whole group had to be there and tour was to be before we all ventured around. The only experience we really got was photos and upon questioning since we were sitting in front got alot of historical culture breakdown of Mexico, the reason behind the art on residences, and closest to fans. Which learning from an operator young gentleman who was kind and very knowledgeable he who was in his 70 was my highlight!!!

Had a great time site seeing around Cancun - Arturo and Tony were great! I have been to Cancun several times, so this tour was for my mom since it was her first time. She had a great time.

Guides were fun and entertaining! Great stops, very knowledgable. Kept everyone hydrated with beer and water! Was an excellent time!

We'll see how long this review stays up. They keep deleting it and others from the tour I was on...
My friend and I were looking for a fun sightseeing tour and chose this one because of the great reviews (now I know why there are so many good and very few bad). The bus was 15 minutes late picking us up. Annoying, but not a problem. After we finally make the last stop to pick people up, we got started and Veronica (Victoria?) was great. She was funny and engaging. We got about 10-15 minutes into the tour when we were pulled over by inspectors. It started as one and turned into 6. Veronica stayed behind with them after we got going again. They followed us to the first stop. As we were getting off the bus, I asked Tony is we should be concerned and he said no and that he "wasn't saying corruption, but..." Weird, but it's Mexico. As we're poking around a massive and overpriced tourist trap, I see our bus being hooked up and towed away. When I asked what was going on, they said there was an issue with the suspension on the bus (which wouldn't involve 6 paperwork inspectors). They told us a new bus would be there in 10 minutes. 40 minutes later we're getting on a new bus, which is a travel bus not designed for sightseeing. Tony told us it would be better because it had A/C. It did not. We chose the double decker because the bus type we were now on makes both me and my friend carsick. You couldn't see out of the windows, not that it mattered because we were driven straight to another tourist trap and a hallway smaller than my bathroom claiming to be a tequila museum. We didnt care because by then, we were so queezy, we both were close to vomiting. After wandering around that store, we finally get back on the claustrophobic bus and head towards Dolphin Beach to see the iconic Cancun sign. We get there and Tony says the line is about 45 minutes, but if we wanted to get out and look at the beach, we had 5 minutes. I don't know why Tony had so many glowing reviews unless he wrote them himself. He didn't say anything about the city, not that we could see anything anyway, and was more of a grumpy passenger than a tour guide. He'd occasionally mumble something in Spanish over the intercom to a bus full of English speakers. There was no water/soda/beer offered. There were no chances for photos. All we got was a towed off bus replaced with a claustrophobic bus and driven to 2 tourist traps before being dropped back at the hotel. The family sitting in front of us informed us they had just gotten their money fully returned. Great! Both of us contacted the booking company, who said all they would do was a 50% because we were on A bus... Every single person on the tour deserves a FULL refund. A good way to completely ruin a day and scam people out of money.

Hello Caroline, thanks for taking the time to write your experience on the tour. Well, your review will be on forever, we don´t have the power to delete any of them so you don´t have to worry about that.
First of all, we apologize for the inconvenience on our tour this past monday, unfortunately we had to go through a very embarrassing moment and worst of all, in front of our clients wich we think is very unethical, of course all of the permits are in order, the inspectors hay the wrong company but am sure this is not something you are interested on... the bus was released 2 hrs later, but damage was already done.
We knew we had to refund money to our clients so if anyone abandoned the tour after the incident or at the next stop, we did refunded 100% of their money.
however, people that stay until the end of the tour were refunded 50%, wich we think it was fair, the tour got a little behind schedule (20min) we still did our very best to provide and finish the service.

We´ll always try to keep our clients happy, sometimes is just out of our hands. We have never scamed our clients, or we wouldn´t be 22 years in this bussiness.

We booked a tour with this excursion company thru the internet. The info they gave us said they would pick us up at 9:00 A.M. at our resort. We were out front at 8:45 A.M. waiting to be picked up They never showed. Come to find out, they were there very early (8:30) made no effort to contact us and left. They still tried to charge us but the credit card company luckily fixed that for us. DON"T TRUST THIS EXCURSION COMPANY.
