Regarding your comment, yes, we have 2 tours for the same day to see the Sunrise at Chichen Itza, but they were different at the same time, one of them was yours, which was booked through Viator, and the other one was booked through our web site Unittravel Cancun as a private service, they are pretty similar in the inclusions, in this case were the visit to the archeological site and the cenote, but, the other couple wanted to visit as well Ek- Balam and stop by in Valladolid, it was a different deal and different price. We asked them if there was any problem by adding you to their experience in order to avoid any additional payment, like the transportation for you in this case and of course, when doing that, we would need to fix the price for them because would not be a private service anymore, but unfortunately they did not accept, because they wanted a private transportation service, as we have the tour based with a minimum of 4 passengers, when we have only 2 customers booked, we need to give options to our customers, that is why, we asked you to pay the additional fee for the transportation or have a refund because we did not have another option to offer at that moment, as you said, because of the short time we left. We understand the way that you feel, and we offer you our deepest apologies because of what happened, the last thing we want is a customer not happy for the service.
