Terrible business
We booked with them 2 months ahead, they cancelled our reservation the evening on Saturday before our departure. We called and texted them they told us they did not going to where we booked. They got 2 months to tell us that, last minutes? Leave us no other choice but to take a pricey taxi’s fare. Stay away from this transfer.

Hi there, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are not offering shared shuttle since March. This service have been suspended for covid-19 restrictions put in place by the government. Since march we didn't receive any booking for that service so, it imposible that you made a booking for that service. You posted you review on the wrong business profile. We have few Cancun Shuttle in Cancun, we are Cancun Shuttle travel.

They cancelled my transportation the day of. I found out when I got off the plane and had to pay $80 for a taxi.

Hi Jasmin, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Just to clarify, you made a booking for Cancun area however, your hotel the Majestic Elegance Resort is located in the Playa Mujeres area. This area has another cost. We try to contact you to charge you the difference, however you was already flying. Due to the covid-19 restrictions and the last minute booking it was not possible to make the change. The only option that we had is refunding the amount that you paid. Once you are on destination is not possible to pay at the airport. All bookings have to be prearranged and prepaid. To avoid any situation is important to select the correct area once you make your booking. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience and hope to see you very soon in Cancun. Cheers,

Horrible communication

The site was was not easy to use and book.
I accidentally booked to the wrong location. Luckily they emailed me to get clarification which I did. I was picked up fine but I never got an email with the instructions on my pick up since I paid for a round trip. I started to call them the day before to verify and left several messages via phone, text and email the day before and the morning of the pick up. I never ever got a returned phone even after. I was never picked up and had to get a taxi cab last minute. I was traveling by myself and thankfully know Mexico was ok but I can't imagine this happening to a first traveler to Mexico.

Did not honor our reservation

I reserved a shuttle ahead of time and even paid an extra fee because our drop-off point was outside the Hotel Zone. When we arrived they told us we needed to wait. So we waited, and waited, and waited...Meanwhile other people we being shuttled off in front of us. After about 35 minutes of waiting we asked the guy who told us to wait, how much longer it would be before we would leave. He acted like he almost forgot about us and said "oh, yeah, your shuttle is on its way now." Then he turned around in what looked like, to call the shuttle. We had to assume that maybe we needed a "special" shuttle because we were outside the regular Hotel Zone, but we really were not sure. About 10 minutes later the same guy came to us and did apologize for the wait and again said our shuttle would be there soon. My mom has sciatica and by now it was really bothering her...Now an hour had gone by and I explained this to the guy about my mom's pain and asked him why it was taking so long. What was the point of making a reservation and being paid to pay extra in advance?? He apologized but did not offer any explanation. Finally, after and hour and 10 minutes he said our shuttle was pulling in and that they would "privately" drive us to our resort. We boarded the shuttle and as we were taking off, one of the outside attendants started to flag our driver down to stop and wait. At this point my mom and I were like "You've got to be kidding me!" Luckily it was a false alarm we the driver was told never mind and we were able to FINALLY be on the way.
As our week went on, we came to realize that the way they work there in Cancun is to maximize the amount of people they are transporting to one trip. This makes sense and I totally understand, but I also think they should not give you the false impression that you are reserving a shuttle for a specific time can be expected to leave (at least!) around that expected time. Plus paying extra for the service! Next time I will just take a taxi : /

Sólo le encuentro un inconveniente: esta empresa no es la que brinda el servicio de forma directa, super shuttle es con la que se tiene el contacto final, está situación hace que no siempre el chófer tenga todos los datos de tu traslado. En el traslado del hotel al aeropuerto el chófer fue descortés al insistir en que mi nombre no estaba en su lista de pasajeros, a pesar de que me habían proporcionado su número de unidad y me dijeron que él de encargaría de mi traslado.

Reservation Foul Up

I prepaid for my ride from the airport to the hotel. I arrived on time and had my reservation number and confirmation email with me. The reservation asked me to locate Super Shuttle. When I approached the people with Super Shuttle they could not find my reservation by number nor my name. I called the number on the email and the automated receptionist indicated I was "next in line" to be answered. After 20 agonizing minutes in the extremely hot Cancun airport parking lot my wife and I made the decision to hang up and pay someone else $45 to take us to the airport. I think I'll ask for a refund.

Supper Shuttle

They put us on a different shuttle so we wouldn't have to make all the other stops . It save us about 45 minutes. Great service for the price($12/pp). We paid 45.00 for a return taxi ride for two.
