O pior transfer que alguém pode escolher. Na verdade é um esquema de fraude. Chegamos no pick point porém representante da empresa disse que não havia transfer para mim, embora tenha pago por um transfer privado. Depois de 1h de muita briga e discussão, o representante disse que por adicionais usd 60 nos conseguiria um novo transfer. Evite essa empresa o máximo que puder.

Booked a private car, pre paid, as did not want to go on a mini bus or van as we are not in Mexico that long so are very time poor.
We wanted to arrive in Tulum as quickly and comfortably as possible for my birthday trip to Mexico.
I was told someone with a name board would be waiting, there wasn’t!
we eventually spotted by chance the board with my name on it lying on the floor (unbelievable) then FINALLY found a man that worked for Mytransfers.
We’re told to wait in a corner for almost 40 minutes
only to be put in a mini bus with 4 other people with stops at various hotels along the way.
I would actually like a refund as I will never ever use your company again!!
If I wanted to go on a mini bus or coach I would have booked one!
This is a holiday to celebrate my birthday so really not a good start.
It took us almost 3 hours to reach our hotel,
we were dropped off last and despite giving the full address of our hotel, the driver had no idea where he was going, not his fault. Just terrible management obviously not giving him the address! I had to get my phone out twice and try and explain.
I’ve written to Mytransfers privately but had no response so decided to post this review!
