        Overcharged my credit card and refused to refund. Advertised price in USD is not valid because they will charge what ever they consider exchange rate, which is alway inn their favor. You will end up paying additional 5-10% on your credit card statement. Be aware.

        Etransfers
        What a scam/joke. Price is not everything. Pick any other company, 50 minutes after out of airport. Second time I used. They initially tried to point me towards another company until I showed him an email with blue shirt transfers person and pointed out same shirt. After once thought might be timing, oh no 2nd time worst than the first. If you want to hang in the parking lot and watch everyone else leave for their hotel this is your company. Been coming down for over 20 years, this is not normal. We spent our time writing down every other shuttle service.

        Be careful! These are scammers! They charged me the full price but on the day of the travels they told me they have no cars available. I asked them to send me a refund, but I never ever heared of them again or received the refund. So I wasted 30 USD for nothing! Now I'm fighting with paypal to give me buyers protection.

        We had the same experience as the 2 previous one star reviews. We paid for premium. No one greeted us , they had no vehicle available for half an hour and we had to share a ride with 4 people who were dropped off first at a resort nowhere close to ours. (adding another half hour ). The reason given was that they do not have enough drivers to provide premium service.

        Pésimo servicio.
        Contraté con anticipación el servicio. Me lo confirmaron y nunca llegaron!!
        Me pusieron el pretexto de "que el trasporte tuvo un inconveniente", pero nunca me lo notificaron.
        Me ofrecieron enviar otra unidad 1 hora después de lo que contraté... Lo cual obviamente no me funcionaba.

        Tuve que buscar un taxi en la calle ... No fue fácil a las 5 de la mañana.

        I’m confused . I visit Mexico 1 week every month . Always Cancun airport, but sometimes going to Cancun , Cozumel or Playa del Carmen . I just read several very negative reviews regarding eTranafer , and while I’m certain the contributors are honest , I have only had excellent service to report . I’m about to book yet another trip having returned last Saturday with Guadeloupe as my driver . He arrived a bit early ( ~ 10 minutes) and I was ready . Good thing we had a slight head start as traffic was an issue .

        I booked a Luxury Transportation vehicle service option through etransfers.com website for $103.50 USD for an airport to resort one way ride. The email specifically states luxury premium as service type. After landing in Cancun and clearing customs and immigration, I met an etransfers representative which stated my luxury vehicle would be arriving in 15-20 minutes. Once 20 minutes was up, the representative stated the vehicle would arrive in 10 more minutes. After another 10 minutes, the representative stated that there was an issue with the vehicle, and a regular, non-luxury shuttle would transport me to the hotel. I asked this representative how to go about a refund, and she directed me to messaging the whatsapp account. I messaged the "Etransfers com Cancun" official whatsapp account, who responded by asking me to direct my concerns to them via email. I then emailed that account asking for a refund of the price difference between what I paid for ($103.50 USD for luxury transportation) and what they actually picked me up in (regular shuttle for $35.00 USD), for a total refund amount of $68.50 USD. The following day, I received a whatsapp message and email saying they would reimburse me for the inconvenience for a total of $33.00 USD. I responded by asking to be reimbursed for the $68.50 USD, and they agreed to reimburse me the entire $68.50 USD amount (this is all in writing via whastapp). I asked for an email confirmation of the receipt and have followed up since then for over a week, but without any further responses, nor refund. This company did not provide the appropriate services, and when asked for a refund they agreed to it, but a week went by without any further response or refund back to my credit card or paypal account. I had to go through paypal to get my refund back. Terrible and dishonest company, will never recommend to anyone.

        Reserve con más de 48 horas de anticipación un servicio de transporte privado “premium” para realizar el traslado aeropuerto-hotel, hotel-aeropuerto. Dicho servicio está anunciado en la página web de la empresa con la siguiente descripción: “con este servicio, una unidad estará esperándolo en la terminal de su llegada con un mínimo tiempo de espera” cabe mencionar que dicha disponibilidad inmediata tiene un costo adicional al del servicio “regular” y fue precisamente la razón por la cual contraté el servicio. Al llegar al aeropuerto y hablar con el representante de la compañía se me indicó que tendría que esperar un tiempo aproximado de 15 minutos y pasados los mismos aún no se brindaba el servicio ni había un tiempo estimado razonable para llevarlo a cabo. Escuchando las conversaciones de los empleados me di cuenta de que a la empresa se le había olvidado pagar al aeropuerto la cuota para que sus vehículos pudieran ingresar al mismo y esta era una de las causas del retraso (que sobra decir afectó a varios viajeros tanto nacionales como extranjeros que al igual que yo estaban resignados y enojados por la demora). Después de 45 minutos de espera por fin llegó nuestro transporte y se brindó el servicio en una camioneta que tenía las salidas de aire acondicionado rotas.

        En mi opinión personal, Es insólito el hecho de que una empresa con una flotilla de más de 70 vehículos brinde un servicio tan pobre sobretodo considerando que se anuncian como una opción de calidad y atención excepcional.

        Si eres un viajero al que no le molesta pagar por algo que no recibe, y que no le importa perder su tiempo haz tu reserva por el servicio “premium” con etransfers!

        A family holiday to Cancun cancelled due to Mexico turning Red on the UK travel advisory. As soon as this happened I emailed eTransfers and informed them of the cancellation. I was then guided to their cancellation policy, which is no refund if less than 15 days to travel date. As this reservation was made ten days prior to travel, this is impossible to do. eTransfer was having nothing of it and so the $89 fee is forfeit even though they have been given 7 days notice. A company that we will not be using again.

        Extremely reliable, communicative, friendly. Good price. I made an error on my arrival time, so I used the customer service chat on their website and they fixed it immediately. They texted me as soon as I landed in Cancun, I had an easy time finding them at the airport, and they came at the appointment time to pick me up for my return flight. Car a new, clean. Driver was friendly.
