No transportation from the hotel, I was able to get on from my hotel area. Was not told about having exact change for the admin fee. The day I went the water was very rough, and there was a lot of boats in the area. Did not like the tourist spot, once you got to the island, if you want to stay by beach area, you will be charged to use their chairs. Everything is close to you, all shops and food. You have to rent something to see the other side of the island. On the catamaran, the alcohol was weak, food a little warm for shrimp and salads. The workers were very nice for the most part. Seating is very crowded, bunch together.

I choose the option to meet at the Playa Tortuga rather than getting picked up from the hotel. The meeting time was 9: 30 AM and I reached the Tortuga at 9 AM. But so no one from the Sat Mexico Tours. I waited until 10:30 AM but never found any one. They did not even call me. I tried calling the customer center at least 10 times and no one picked up the phone. Finally I just took the ferry from Ultramar experience innovation. The entire thing felt like a scam.

Took forever to get there after licking up extra people from outlying hotels. Chaos on the beach area trying to work out which boat to go on,. On e on the water we were told snorkelling was only for experienced snofkellers and strong swimmers. Actual snorkelling without find was very poor. Not an enjoyable day.

Primero me habían ofrecido transportación desde y hacia el hotel y un día antes me la cancelaron.
Se ofrece como 3 horas en Isla mujeres pero la primera hora te llevan la zona norte pero una hora no es suficiente para pasear o ir a conocer algo, y luego te llevan a un "club de playa" otra hora, este segundo destino esta deprimente, la comida bufete es de limitadas opciones y mala calidad, el lugar en general esta feo de hecho esa zona ni playa tiene, es un muelle en malas condiciones y toboganes viejos (Con costo extra)
Hubiera sido mejor que no ofrecieran esa comida y nos dejaran 3 horas en la zona norte.
El catamaran no cuenta con asientos para los pasajeros y hay que hacer malabares sobre la cubierta para ir de un lado a otro.

The snorkel was fast-paced, everyone heading to one nearby reef and not really having time to enjoy.
And here's where it gets weird. The day before all passengers got a message saying we'd have 3 hours of free time. At our first stop downtown, we had about 45 minutes to walk to the beach and swim...barely, then walk back to the meeting point. From there, we were taken on the catamaran to the southern part of the island for lunch. The food was terrible. Then we stayed there...for 2 hours. There is NOTHING to do there. There's a very tiny beach area that you could dip a toe. People were bored and annoyed. It was very misleading.

Don’t do the tour. The boat is a catamaran which goes about 10 mph so it takes 2.5 hours to get there when it’s a 25 minute ferry. Alcohol is juice and not good. You snorkel in an area with little to no reef. The life jackets were extremely dangerous because they only cover 1/2 your body (something I didn’t even knew existed). Once you get to the island they take you to a jewelry store meeting point with liqueur tastings where they try to sell you stuff. After that you go to a terrible buffet. When booking they tour they say you go to playa Norte (the nicest and best beach) but instead they take you to beaches in front of restaurants and hotels. After eating you have barely 2-2.5 hours on the beach. We took the ferry back to Cancun which only took 25 minutes and didn’t make everyone nauseous. Forgot to mention that they’re “docking fee” is another scam they say it’s 20$/person but they tried to charge me an extra $20 stating their conversion for pesos is different then the national conversion. Company is a scam as well as the tour itself. I wish we booked a faster boat with a real bar.

Sea turtles and drinks were great. We will not return though- intense sales tactics and just too busy- we actually wanted to buy some souveniers but after about 30 minutes of saying NO to sales people and market owners were went to beachfront bar to wait for Catamaran return trip.

There is a reason the none of the days are sold out; the boat is over capacity to the point where guests had to hold their legs to sit and make room for others in the direct sunlight. I’m pretty surprised something like this is legal since guests could not move around. It may have been an extra busy day but it should have been sold out. It also took a very long time to get tickets for the docking fee to the boat which was about 2.5 hours than initially stated on the website.

Me encanto el tour ! Desde las bebidas , la música , el staff todos muy serviciales ELIAS Excelente servicio nos ayudó muchísimo con tips para estar en isla mujeres ,la fotógrafa nos tomó las mejores fotos muchas gracias NAOMI ! En general el tour estuvo Perfecto el snorkeling , las tres horas libres en isla mujeres y el barco sea señor. Increíble servicio 10 /10

Do we have the option to ride around the island with the golf carts?

The option is there, but I want to say we only had about an hour or so when we got there to quickly just browse the area. We used that time to walk around quickly and stop at the little shops to buy some souvenirs. This tour as I mentioned in my review is more of a water cruise and is focused on that. The Isla Mujeres experiences is more of two quick 1 hour stops at different parts of the island (once for the all-inclusive lunch buffet and the second to “explore” on your own). If you truly want to experience Isla Mujeres for several of hours you may want to look at another tour or on going on your own. Either way, good experience! Hope this helps.
