Waited over half an hour in the hot Cancun heat after communicating that we had landed and then had our baggage. Trip in Van with representatives was fine. Delay was blamed on “traffic“. Didn’t see much traffic at all on our way to the hotel.excuses, excuses, excuses.

This company is terrible. They showed up to the airport 1 hr and 45 min late. They don’t even answer their phones. Don’t waste your time and money.

Easy give a contact with this company, just give your flight number and arrived date and time. wait you front of the terminal with sign. very fast take to the hotel with shorter and fastes route.

I booked return service for family of 4 in private car. We still had to wait for 25 mins after our flight was already late for 30 mins. The driver was not wearing mask and I had to ask him to put it on.
The return service was terrible, no one called - so when I called, I was told they will pick me up at 12:45 for my flight at 3:45. I pushed back that it’s too early so then it was moved to 1 pm. Then I get a notification from airline that my flight is delayed so I called them to moved it to 1:30 but nope.
I was dropped at the airport by 1:20 and was in the waiting lounge after duty free purchase at 1:45.
Another family from the same resort only got there by 3 very comfortably. So I don’t understand why we were dropped so early at the airport.
Oh and when we tipped the driver he was asking for more tip. I thought tip was appreciation of service not asking for it.
I would think twice booking with this company, my opinion I’m probably going to book 1 way service since hotel can easily hook you up with other local transfer taxis.

Muy buen servicio considerando que el día de traslado al aeropuerto nos adelantaron nuestro vuelo, pero aún así le comunicamos nuestro problema a la empresa de traslados y estos fueron muy amables en cambiar de inmediato los horarios de recogida.

solicitamos el traslado con Yamevi travel desde el hotel Paradise - Riviera Maya a Cancun y nunca llegaron, simplemente lo olvidaron y todo estaba con pago anticipado.
llamamos varias veces hasta que finalmente respondieron y su idea fue sugerir que tomaramos otro taxi y que ellos nos abonarian, pero era dificil de creer ya que quien te garantiza que nos devolverian si se olvidaron del servicio, ademas que saliamos de cancun a primera hora de regreso a nuestro pais.
we pay the service to carry us from hotel Paradise to Cancun because we return our country, so they forget us, we call them any times, then answer and suggest us to take other taxi to go to cancún, was very bad situation because we were 5 persons including my mother and older person, very bad service, we dont accept because was late at nigth, so they comes for us 4 hours later.
llamamos varias veces hasta que finalmente respondieron y su idea fue sugerir que tomaramos otro taxi y que ellos nos abonarian, pero era dificil de creer ya que quien te garantiza que nos devolverian si se olvidaron del servicio, ademas que saliamos de cancun a primera hora de regreso a nuestro pais.

Buena atención de su parte al reservar y al recibir el servicio. El precio fue accesible.
