Save yourself a major headache

Absolutely avoid this "service". We recently booked a transfer to our hotel and back to the airport. While the transfer to the hotel was a bit sketchy, but did occur, the transfer back never showed up at our houtel. The company is impossible to get ahold of by phone or text, they only use chat or email. The driver information they send you is totally fake, they use a generic name/car information. We were simply told to figure out our own transportation at the last minute, promising a refund afterwards. We nearly missed our flight back home. It was a miracle and a wonderful taxi driver who did everything to get us to the airport that day. I contacted the company and they bounced us back to Expedia. Expedia, disappointingly, bounced as back to the company citing "cancelation policy". Please, please, please, do not find yourself in the same spot as we did.

AWFUL!! i booked a ride from my resort to the airport and they just NEVER showed up. i booked through expedia and they are the worst. i only found out they weren't coming when i contacted them. save yourself the hassle and don't use them

Buen servicio a cargo de José González
Nos sorprendió gratamente el servicio después de haber leído malos comentarios en internet. El Transfer llegó puntual a la hora acordada y además nos ofrecieron bebidas: agua, cerveza y tequila. El traslado al aeropuerto fue expedito y el conductor nos orientó sobre la terminal a la que debíamos ir. Buen servicio, recomendado. (Ojo que Talixo subcontrata otras operadoras de transporte)

This shuttle is a scam.
Scam. Waited for an hour while everyone else came and went. They said it was traffic. We had 2 shuttles both got the same treatment. They don't call the shuttle until after you are in the parking lot.

Horrible. Don't use. Booked through expedia

Avoid, Talixo Services. Said we had too many ppl. and tried to charge us $40 more for trip. Ended up paying in cash that I'm sure the service they hired just put in his pocket.

Horrible…. DO NOT use Talixo. They didn’t pick up from the hotel and have yet to issue refund for prepaid services that were never received.

Malísimo servicio

Pésima atención de parte de administración o de la persona que responde el numero: +52 1 998 106 4145. Me quedaron mal con el traslado de aeropuerto al hotel (haciendo esperar a 7 personas, entre ellas una persona embarazada y una bebé de 1 año, por más de 40 minutos y los colocaron en una camioneta con otras personas, sin tener consideración de que el traslado se solicitó privado y habían llegado tarde. Poniendo de excusa el tráfico, pero por ser una empresa de transferista se esperaria que tuvieran eso previsto y salieran más temprano) El caso es que hoy llamé y les comenté que estaría pendiente porque me habían quedado mal y la persona que me atendió fue muy grosera. No lo recomiendo.
