Be prepared to be there for the entire day. The activities were fun but the workers were rushing us to get from one place to the other. So it kind of took away from the after activity excitement. The 2 free tacos that are offered are pork, veggie, and fish. So if you want chicken or beef you have to pay. It would be nice for them to offer the guest water being in the jungle all day. It wouldn’t have been a bad trip had we been fully prepared for all the side stuff.

THIS WAS OUR FAVORITE EXPERIENCE!
10000/10 recommended.
We did horseback riding, zipline, ATV, and cenote PLUS lunch all within four hours. You can't beat that. We purchased the photos and video and it was so worth it. It makes a difference when you don't have to pose and someone catches the experience for you.
The workers - especially Adrian were so much fun and helpful!
I would definitely recommend and bring cash we had only brought $20 bucks for the lockers and we wished we brought more to tip better. :(
Everyone in the establishment works as a team - including the driver- and deserves the gratuity.

I had an amazing time we went horseback riding swimming in a cenote ziplining ATV riding and tequila tasting then we went to eat and the food was really good in that order our tour guide Andrew/Andres did a really good job at explaining what was going on and the safety instructions everyone was warm welcoming and funny only downside was you can take your own pictures other than that it was an amazing trip

This activity was well organized and well worth the money. I am giving 4 stars because ATV machines do not stir well and they told me it was only because I slow down but it's a safety thing and another person on our tour bussaid the same thing, his machine wouldn't stir well. Other than this little hiccup - horseback riding was awesome, one of the horsemen was serenading to us, so sweet. We loved the ziplining and cenote experience. The lunch was okay.

This excursion was extremely nice. The driver was on time & got us there safely. Upon arrival, detailed instructions were given and made very clear. We did atv riding, horseback riding, ziplining, and cenotes had lunch and then left. In that order. The food was great and tasted better than everything I’d had at my resort.
The only downside of this excursion for me is that phones are not allowed. I purchased an $80 waterproof phone holder that goes around your neck in preparation for this excursion. While I understand that that is not their fault, I am a content creator and videos and photos are a part of my job. I understand the rule being emphasized as a safey hazard for zipling, and if you are operating the ATV but other than that, not allowing us to have our phones just for your staff to take IPhone photos and offer them to us for $30 at the end was distasteful to me.
Other than that minor thing, The staff treated us extremely well and were warm and welcoming. Everything was as described, definitely no false advertising. I think that they should disclose that there will be no phones allowed for photos in the listing. While It will steer some people away, it will be helpful. I was with a younger group (19-22) and mostly everyone was disappointed that they wouldn’t be able to capture their memories. However, the rules are the rules!

My friend and I paid for this excursion for Monday morning February 27 excited for a fun filled day in advance. The website said give up to and hour for the confirmation in email. I put my email correctly and they never gave any sort of information after we paid over 300USD. The day of the excursion came and we were left wondering who or where to go. Nobody told us anything. But now they have my email for a review .Ver suspicious. We tried to contact everyone nobody is getting back to us SO DO NOT GO ON THIS PACKAGE IT IS A FRAUD AND THEY WILL SCAM YOU BADLY.
I NEED A REFUND.

We had a great time at Amazing park. We booked the horseback riding, ATV, Ziplines and Cenote swim with lunch included. The staff was very attentive and safety was clearly their priority. The horses were lovely and we brought apples for them when we finished our ride, which was an unusual treat for them. The ATV ride through the bush was the perfect length and my teens loved it. The ziplines were through the treetops and even though my daughter is afraid of heights, she felt very secure with the safety clip process. The lunch was a traditional soft taco with rice and refried beans with fresh lemonade. There were items for purchase (which we did not) and did not feel too pressured to buy them. Although the cenote was neither underground nor in a picturesque area, the water was clear, it had two jumping platforms and a zipline into it. It also had a resident turtles (Leo) that swam up to say hi. We were pleasantly surprised that even though our hotel was not on the pickup list (Royalton Splash), we received private door-to-door service. Tips: bring $5 for a locker and extra money for tipping because there are lots of staff that cater to you. They take pictures that can be purchased for $24pp, which is a bit pricy if you have a large group. We did not.

Horseback riding was fun, though I wish it was longer and we could have cantered a little. But I understand most trail rides don't allow that but being an experienced rider I always want to run a little. Horses were healthy and well behaved.
