Hosting was disappointing in the food the restaurant even the thematic left much to be desired, poor staff service, lack of sympathy and goodwill when serving the guest and cleaning the rooms always aspects of dirty without replacement soaps and other items

We arrived on Sunday, June 16, 2024, type 20 to Holbox...we were looking for a place to eat...a lot of rain...a lot of water in the streets; exhausting trip from Chile... more than an hour and a half in immigration control... upon arriving in Cancun...

Es un lugar poco impactado muchas aves peces cerca de la playa el agua del mar esta caliente muy bonito todo lo recomiendo si te gusta este tipo de turismo

First of all I want to say that isla holbox is very beautiful and definitely worth a visit. But not with this tour / this company.
We were picked up in canun - hotel zone and then drove to playa carmen to pick up other guests. All this made no sense because it was a huge detour. Cenote and passion island were canceled, supposedly because of the wind. Then we were promised that we would go directly to isla holbox instead and would stay there longer than planned. (Since cenote + passion island was canceled one had additional time) the organization was a mess, we were picked up at 06:00 at the hotel and were only at 12:30 in Isla Holbox and finally could only stay until 15:00 on the island. That means ONLY 3 hours. After that we had lunch and went back to the hotel. That means we were 12h in the bus and only 3h on the island. According to the navigation device, the trip would actually be only 2.5 hours away!!!! Huge rip-off. A total of 55 participants and a huge chaos, no overview.

Très belle expérience avec Enrique de chez Ekinox qui a organisé cette escapade à un prix super abordable pour 3 points de visite en commençant par
- la petite ville de Chiquila puis
- barque privée pour le petit paradis de Holbox village encore préservé du tourisme « building en béton »
- puis remontée en barque pour l’île de la passion type « Tahiti » quelques habitants seulement
- déjeuner sur l’eau avec le « capitaine » ceviche, boissons….
- continuation toujours en barque vers une île isolée crocodile ALL inclusive pour un bain dans un Cenote ouvert Yalahau
Et le tout avec la bonne humeur d’Enrique
Il faut le faire et merci 👏

Muy buena experiencia! El tour bueno está bueno. Los guías son amables. Aunque me pareció muy poco el tiempo en Holbox. Nosotros después de almorzar hicimos buceo y cuando volvimos nos quedó muy poco tiempo para alquilar un carrito e ir a recorrer la isla. Algo a tener en cuenta por si lo quieren hacer y no quieren estar a las corridas. Asique volveremos por nuestra cuenta!

Alles in allem ein Ausflug den man absolut empfehlen kann. Holbox ist mega toll, unbedingt ein Golfcar mieten und Passion Island hat sich auch gelohnt. Die Cenote müssten wir jetzt nicht unbedingt haben, aber dort haben wir ganz niedliche Waschbären gesehen und gefüttert.
Total schade war, dass wir insgesamt 8 Stunden im Bus saßen. Wir wurden schon um 6 Uhr in Cancún abgeholt und sind dann irgendwo umgestiegen, dann weiter nach Playa del Carmen und dann erst nach Chinquila. Das war natürlich nen mega Umweg und es wäre besser gewesen man hätte direkt von Cancún fahren können. Und zurück natürlich wieder das gleiche Spiel. Das hat den ansonsten schönen Ausflug leider etwas getrübt.
Total schade war, dass wir insgesamt 8 Stunden im Bus saßen. Wir wurden schon um 6 Uhr in Cancún abgeholt und sind dann irgendwo umgestiegen, dann weiter nach Playa del Carmen und dann erst nach Chinquila.
