I found Cancún itself to be just okay. Pretty along hotel row but nothing special overall.
Beach was pretty but l'm not a beach person so really unless you love to shop, Cancun is for a younger market.

I booked this transfer because we didn’t book a package that included one. We were so pleased with our driver Alberto Ventura. He texted us instructions on how to find him, offered us cold towels and cold beers/water when we got to the car. We’ll be booking this service again on our way home!

I recently used Stp Caribe car service, and it was a fantastic experience! The attention to detail was impressive – they provided complimentary drinks and towels, making the journey incredibly comfortable. The service was top-notch, and the entire ride was smooth. Juan Daniel was very great spoke to us about all the beautiful things we can do here in Cancun and Tulum was very professional and very helpful. Complimentary water was given to us, sanitizer, towels and wifi he did have beers but my husband and I don’t drink. The ride was very smooth waited outside the airport with my name on a tablet. Very lexurious I would highly recommend this place to everyone visiting this area in Cancun Mexico.

The service was awesome! We arrived a little early but the representative and transportation was already there. We did struggle a little bit to find the representative due to the amount of people around the meet up area, but in the end he saw us looking around and approached us.
My wife was recovering from foot surgery so she had some difficulty walking, representative went to get the SUV and we boarded it without almost any walk.
Once in the SUV, Edgar took great care of us. He was friendly and helpful, and we had some fun conversations with him. The unit was clean and well maintained and had various phone chargers and refreshments. We had a great ride!
