Our flight was significantly delayed and we did not land until after midnight - outside their usual operating hours. Nonetheless the driver was patiently waiting for us.

Awesome experience getting picked up from the airport and taken to resort in hotel zone for the 6 of us. Had lots of communication before hand. Once we arrived our driver called us and let us know he was out front waiting for us with a sign with our name on it. It was a longer wait to get our luggage due to it being super busy on a saturday and he was understandable of the delay (even though they say the driver will only wait 20mins after meeting time which is 1 hour after your plane lands) 100% reccomend!

They did a great job communicating with us and getting us to the right place. We paid for a round trip service and they reached out a day before confirming details. They use your flight info to determine which terminal they’ll pick you up from. Word of advice, if you’re doing a group with other folks at different terminals, this might not be the right service for you. My family had come from two different terminals but the driver was super accommodating on the pickup but our drop off guy told us he couldn’t make two different stops (rightly so). So if you’re coming from different terminals you may want to get separate transportation. Overall, they were super understanding and communicative. It can be hectic trying to find transport once getting out of airport but they write your name on a sign and give you contact info if you can’t find them. Would recommend!

Best way to transfer from airport to the hotel. Felipe was the best! He was so easy to find and so helpful. Getting out of the airport he had a sign with our name and we he easily spotted.

Felipe was a very good driver who waited for us longer than he was supposed to, because Customs was so crowded it took us an hour and a half to get out of the airport.

This service was great. Immigration and flight delayed had us arrive a couple hours late for our pickup time. Communication with Daniel was great and they waited the whole time for us. Maurice was great and got us to our destination with no problems. Highly recommend
