Eh. Not sure what to say really, but bottom line I don't think we will book them again.
We have asked for a car seat 3 times via email and they kept saying that it's available and will be there. I called to confirm and the guy jokingly told me to stop asking about the car seat and not to worry.
Well guess what. There was no car seat for our 4 months baby. He asked to wait in the car for 35-45 minutes so his boss can bring a car seat . He also suggested that to put the baby in lab for the 17 minutes trip. Did I mention the 17 minutes trip cost $96? Lol
I also ordered flowers and the snacks options for our trip, the flowers were sad and the snacks were whatever. Finally I asked for a specific wording to be written on the board wishing my wife a happy birthday and they got it all wrong..
It was definitely not worth the additional $63 additional to the $96.
But hey whatever you live and learn I guess.
The drivers and the cars were great. Just the everything else.

The driver was on time! The vehicle was VERY NICE and SUPER CLEAN! He got us to the airport safe, he opened the doors for everyone, and I will use him again!

Excellent customer service! Juan was our driver and he gave us great recommendations for things to do and places to eat.
