I needed to book Airport to Hotel transfer the night before because I had forgotten to get my usual transport. Searched online and found them. I booked/ paid directly through their website. I got the necessary "confirmation/tickets" thru my WhatsApp and honestly I was a little nervous about it, but it worked out perfectly. We had an entire van, booked as private, to ourselves. Very friendly driver but I cannot remember his name. All in all, perfect experience and a little cheaper than my usual transportation. Highly recommended. After all went well, I also booked the return trip with them back to airport.

We traveled 12/31 to 1/8/25 WARNING THEY TAKE PHOTOS OF YOUR IDS, afterwards we found out there are places where people’s IDs are showing up in what’s app groups from Mexico. Why should I trust a random driver!
Our transfer to Rui palace to and from airport. Seemed like they just grabbed a rando driver from a lineup at the airport after we waited for over 30 minutes even though we were scheduled and ignored while standing with them. We had to ask them if they had our transport coming then they took us over to an unmarked van. The driver was on his phone the entire time! With both hands at times. We were just happy to get to the hotel in one piece.
The driver that picked us up to transport us back was in a marked car was more professional but still insisted on taking a photo of my husband’s ID. I’m sorry but this is not necessary for business and should not be allowed. We travel all the time to Mexico and will not be using this service again.

Flawless pickup of two persons from Cancun airport and drop-off to Zona Hotelera by Fidencio on Dec 12, in a private van. Reasonably prices for the round-trip, I thought. From booking through trip completion, eTransfers resources were in constant touch via Whatsapp. Giving appointment reminders, information on where to meet the driver, etc. Shout-out to the coordinator at the airport for being easy to find and ensuring our van was available within a few minutes. Similarly great, friendly service by Sergio on the return trip back to Cancun airport!
Suggestion to travelers: If you have a (eTransfers or other vendor) booking for airport pickup, exit through the main doors after going through Customs. Do not stop at the desks manned by uniformed tourism salespersons. I found it a waste of time that delayed us by 10 minutes. (This is completely unrelated to eTransfers’ service. Just an input from a fellow traveler!😊)

The gentleman greeted me at the airport was professional , punctual, and communicative. I didn’t have to wait long to get to the driver either. However, once I got in the car, the driver started constantly looking at his phone while driving, then told me that the tax wasn’t included in the price I paid to book this car service, so I needed to give him some money, I asked how much, he shrugged his shoulders and said “fifty dollars.” I replied “fifty u.s. dollars for tax?!” He then laughed and said “just joking.” I realized he was scamming me for tips, and it felt wrong, I was going to tip him anyways, but now finding out he was expecting it?!

My husband and I had a fabulous staycation from 6th to 9th Nov 2024 at Sentosa Sofitel Hotel & Spa.
We enjoyed our daily breakfast at Kwee Zeen led by Peter Yong and his team, with their attentiveness and cheerfulness.
Brought my family to celebrate my birthday dinner at Kwee Zeen.
My family of 11 persons enjoyed the delicious Maharaja Feast, which was bursting with flavours and served personally by Chéf Prem and his deligent team. Chef Prem was extremely accommodating, his professionalism, dedication to his craft was amazing and engaging with my family members, whose ages range from 12 to 77 years to answer any question, no matter how trivial, raised the bar tremendously, resulting in a memorable and enjoyable dinning experience.
My husband and I were also impressed with the Housekeeper, Murphy. He greeted us daily with his warm and cheerfully demeanor, going about the housekeeping duties in our large suite very efficiently, without compromising on the very detailed cleaning and with a perpetual smile on his face.
Murphy's professionalism impressed us, that we were encouraged to book another staycation in April 2025, even before checking out on 9th Nov 2024.
We hope that the hotel, could arrange for Murphy to clean our suite during our April 2025 staycation too.
Thank you for an unforgettable birthday staycation.

We used the service going to the resort and back to the airport. Service was very good and also on time on the return trip. Will use them again

We missed the flight because they didn't arrive on time, being that it was already booked days before and paid and still the driver drove slowly and didn't even have the information of where we were headed.

They have a bad service, they do not meet the collection schedules and because of them we missed the flight. I was traveling from Cancun to CDMX and the service arrived 33 minutes later

Mr. Pedro Sosa was our driver. He was an excellent and nice driver. He told us all about Mexico and was very kind during the ride. He deserves a raise!
