Nice Excursion, but With a Few Issues

2022年10月

This excursion was ok. We found the meet-up location rather easily, but the wait was more than an hour from the time we arrived until we started our walk to the jeeps. I was the driver and the driver's side seatbelt was not connected to the floor. The trip to the Jade Caverns was enjoyable. The cavern istelf was not something you will want to swim in (unless ou are ok with the bats) :), but a nice geological feature to see. After the cavern, we visited the Tequila Factory which was nothing more than a person giving us samples in an outdoor seating area and trying to sell us tequila. After an hour waiting for the tour begin at the start, this was a bit frustrating losing another hour of port call time. The snorkeling was at the beach area and was fun and relaxing.

This was an amazing trip! Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and he also had a great sense of humor making the whole experience even more fun! I would definitely repeat.

Ask for Julio and just go. So fun!!

Julio was an amazing guide. He is very knowledgeable about the island, it’s history and geographical. He will give you a fun jeep ride through the jungle and is extremely friendly. Will definitely bring family and friends back to do the tour again. The tequila tasting and beach club were also very relaxing and enjoyable. Thanks again Julio!

Our tour guide, Julio, was very informative and we had a great time. The tequila tasting was delicious, the cenote was exciting, and the snorkelling was relaxing. Overall a great experience!

We experienced this great excursion during our cruise on Spring Break April 2022. Our main tour guide Gery was AWESOME! Our family of 4 had the keep to ourselves, drove in rustic jungle, kids swam in two caverns, jumped from tall cliff! Snorkeled with Gery where he took us out where we saw lots of cool fish! Recommend this tour for families with teenagers.

Private personalized tour of Cozumel

We were debating renting a car and exploring the Island on our own but had already booked the Jeep excursion so we waited to see what it was all about first... we are so happy we waited because this excursion turned out to be absolutely amazing. First, they were great when our friend got sick from an allergic reaction and we were able to switch our day. Second, Sergio who was our tour guide showed up smiling and so welcoming. We thought the tour was a strict schedule but we're pleasantly surprised when Sergio told us we could go wherever we wanted and do whatever we wanted. He was so accommodating and we truly enjoyed his company as he shared a little about himself and the island throughout the day. They brought us to Tortugas for lunch and ended up loving it so much we went back another day. Great view, staff, and food. I STRONGLY recommend this excursion if you want to explore the island. Price was great and you have a private tour guide for half the day.

Amazing Time!

My daughters and I were on a cruise and booked this excursion. This was their first time to Cozumel. We loved this tour and our guide Gerry was very knowledgeable and we enjoyed what he showed us and told us. It was nice that we had our our jeep for the 4 of us. We followed Gerry. They loved jumping into the Cenote, learning about Mayan culture, and the time at the beach was fun too. The restaurant there was a bit pricier than what we had expected, but when the food came, it was delicious and my girls raved about it. This tour was a highlight of our entire trip. We would do it again.

Had a great time with friends!

Our tour guide Julio was the best!!! We booked a snorkel and cenote tour but the surf was incredibly rough so we just went on a bar tour on the west side of island and cenote visit which was a blast!
The water in the cenote is kinda 🥴 but it was cool to see it.
They also allowed us to add an extra friend to our tour which was very accommodating.
The jeep we had definitely needed service but it got where we needed to go.
Also appreciated the small group we had vs wry one’s other companies had.
We would def. Use them again!

Disappointing - just a tourist trap tour

Not worth the money. The “ruins” is just a single little temple in the middle of a market where everyone wants you to buy stuff from them. The snorkeling is done at a tourist trap beach, La Tortuga - avoid it! The jeep ride itself was fun and the cenote was okay, but that’s about it. The whole tour was designed around getting you to spend extra money after already paying a lot in the first place. Avoid this tours. 100% do not recommend it.

Californians in Cozumel

Our tour guide Catalina was the best. She has a great personality and so easy to get along with. We enjoyed the snorkeling, and drive to the cenote.

The keep we force needs a little work done. But overall a great experience.
