I was a little apprehensive because there weren't a lot of reviews. They called beforehand to make sure we knew were to show up and the boat was of good quality with shade for the people that didn´t want to get in the ocean. They were very attentive and catered to us, adjusting locations and duration at each site to our needs.
We always had a guide who came into the water with us when we were snorkeling. Our guide was awesome! He took pictures for us and found marine animals hat we otherwise would have missed. We felt very safe with them during our trip. Wish I had photos to share but I still haven't downloaded them from my GoPro.

Excelente actividad de snorquel en la playa El cielo, pudimos observar en sus aguas cristalinas muchos peces hermosos y nadar libremente y protegidos por los encargados del tour. Gracias por todo y por las fotos maravillosas en el mar.

Sem palavras para descrever esse lugar. Experiência única e fenomenal. O mar fascinante que encanta e fascina. O fundo cheio de estrelas do mar. Surreal!!

Nous avons visité trois beaux sites et notre guide etait merveilleux. Il nous a permit de voir beaucoup de tres grandes raies. Le tout était très sécuritaire. Nous avons commencé par le site le plus profond. Bière et jus a volonté et pour terminer salsa, guatamole concoctées par le guide accompagnées de nachos. Absolument délicieux.

The weather wasn't the greatest the day we were there which was January 5, 2018 but I can't blame them for that. We found the place to meet where Ricardo met us and led us to the pier. There were 2 boats for our group of 21. In my emails I had specified that we wanted to be together as 1 group so that was disappointing. These boats are nothing special. The pictures on the website show a catamaran. Think more fiberglass shell with seats and nothing more. The 2 captains on our boat were nice. Only 1, however, spoke English. On the other boat, neither of the captains spoke English. The website says that the tour guides all speak fluent English. We were given delicious chips, guacamole, and beer/tequila/soda. On our other boat, they were given the snacks, but the 2 captains drank the alcohol and never offered any to my family. The tour was shorter than I thought--although that could also have been from the weather. The snorkeling was good. I emailed the company to complain particularly about the captains drinking the alcohol but like many of the other reviews on here, have not heard back. So to summarize, if you want the cheapest snorkel trip ever with no frills, don't care if your captain can speak English, and are ok with the guides drinking the beer/tequila that you paid for, then this is the trip for you.

buenas tardes llegamos el día 10 en el dingoni de total caribean quería saber de donde sale la excursión y cómo llegaríamos al punto de salida y cuál sería el punto de regreso. Gracias
