Gris was a great tour operator. Showed us sites around town and took us for a long bike ride. Tacos were very good

We had a great time. Some folks had issues like falling off the bike, chain problems,
and a flat tire. The guide was super compassionate and worked hard to keep everyone straight, fix their issues and keep everyone together. We had a fun, adventurous day. It was our first time on ebikes and we learned so much about them. We enjoyed the info about the area that our guide gave us too. I cannot remember his name but his daughter is Samantha :) Hope to do it again.

The guides were so nice and accommodating. It was nice to ride through the neighborhoods and the Tacos were delicious.

Our guide, Maurice was exceptional. He was prompt and safe. He had a multitude of fun facts to teach us, took time to make sure our group was set up comfortably on the bikes and had a vibrant and engaging personality. The e-bikes were in great condition and easy to operate. The biking was so much fun! We also enjoyed stopping along the coast for photo opps of the clear blue/green water. The receptionist was efficient and very friendly. The tacos on the taco tour were authentically amazing and served in a quaint local restaurant which was very clean and delightful. Would definitely recommend the e-bike and taco tour.

Mauricio was our guide.. weather was great, this ride is very low-key. You start on the main road, and then we switched over to residential neighborhoods, which was kinda cool because you get the feel of how the locals live. 5 stars for Mauricio because he did his best to make sure everyone was taken care of. Overall, it is not much sightseeing, just fun riding with a group who started as strangers and, in the end, became friends. Unfortunately, there were a couple of hiccups with 3 out of 6 bikes.. as soon as we departed, on my bike, the pedal bar got loose, so I wasn't able to pedal or even keep my feet balanced, so we had to stop to get that fixed. On the other 2 bikes, the chains disengaged a couple of times, and one of the handlebars on one of those bikes was loose, and before taking off, we noticed one of the tires had no air in it. The throttles on these bikes were very sensitive, so if you've never riden an electric bike before, please be aware of this and listen to the safety advisories before mounting any electrical bike. We stopped at a side of the road smoothie making place where all the drinks were made with fresh fruit and were delicious. Guisados was the taco place we went to, it's a very small and quaint place, the food was delicious, you get 3 amazing cooked to order tacos and a drink, the service was fantastic. Everyone at the restaurant was very kind and welcoming. 5 stars for Guisados. We walked our bikes through a small tourist shopping area, and all the vendors all around were kind and not pushy. There's a huge inventory to choose from. Overall, it was a fun 3 hours well spent. My only safety concern and recommendation is for E-Bike City Tours to please make sure that all your bikes and equipment are thoroughly inspected, maintained, and safely ready to go before your clients/riders get on them.

May be time for a little shopping after lunch! bike problems were a bit of a pain, but didn’t ruin the tour.

This was a fantastic tour. We had Milton as our tour guide and could not have been happier. He spoke better English than most Americans so it was no problem communicating with him. He took us to some out of the way stops that you wouldn't normally see. The authentic taco restaurant was absolutely to die for. Highly recommended. Jerrod

We really enjoyed this tour. Johnny was our guide and he did a great job of ensuring everyone’s bikes worked well. he checked in to make sure everyone was comfortable. The pace was good. We enjoyed seeing the sights and the tacos were excellent.
