Buyer beware food and chocolate tasting is not included, on the signs it says insurance is included it is not, if you get into a fender bender they will ask for cash I did back into another jeep but it was a very tight spot at the tequila tasting also the cars are not well maintained the traction light, the ABS light, the check engine light where all on and the brakes where almost gone like brake to floor barely stopped it, the beach front restaurant they go to is not spectacular, they charged us 143$ usd for basic tacos for 3 Adults 2 kids the food was supposed to be included it says it on the description on here! we where first time cruisers but we had to let them scam us to learn for next time but at least it helps you guys! only book through your cruise line to prevent this from happening! Happy sailing yall!!

very good experience the massage with Susana Ramirez, I used to do massages and know how to perceive the difference, Susana has a lot of experience and that is noticeable and feels, during the months of work it is difficult to find a gap for these much needed treatments, super recommended!

They made the whole experience effortless. Karolina was the best guide ever and was completely flexible of the excursion. I can’t recommend this highly enough.

Ripoff. Booked the jeep and snorkel tour in advance for a family trip for 4 of us. First off the guide was more than 20 minutes late to meet us making us wonder if we were in the right location or not. I called the number provided but no one answered. Eventually met up with our guide who quickly explained to us that due to the weather the snorkel and boating portion of the trip will be cancelled. We had the option to continue with the jeep only portion or get a refund (and be left with no plans). We chose to continue with the tour understanding we would possibly be brought to additional locations and exciting things to do but not the case. The Jeeps were in terrible shape….rusted out, every possible thing broken you can imagine. We followed a guide down paved roads around a portion of the rundown island, stopped for a tequila tasting that looked like no other person had been there for a long time, stopped at a beach, a secluded cenote and finally a horrible lunch at the restaurant. We ordered 2 local beers and 2 virgin mango margaritas that cost roughly $45USD on my credit card statement. The tour was $370USD plus the mentioned drinks. I understand we cannot control the weather but if this happens to you on this tour chose to get a full refund!!! Lesson learned here

100% the best excursion we have been on in all of our travels! Choose this company and ask for Alexander to be your tour guide! He was the best tour guide ever! He took us off the beaten path and showed us things that we would have never known existed. We even got to see baby sea turtles hatch and make their way to the ocean! We felt very safe with Alexander! Be sure and request him.

Trip was amazing! The tour guide Greg was very knowledgeable of the history and places to go. He was very flexible of the groups desired stops and routes and had great advice. Would recommend him to anyone and will ask for him if we return!

What an amazing day in Cozumel - 4 fun ladies set out on the jeep adventure with our guide Greg giving us all kinds of information.
We arrived at Tortugas Beach Club to board the boat for our snorkel and met Victor our Captain and David our guide. One of our friends had never snorkeled and was a little apprehensive. David was so kind and patient with her. She had a blast. We all did!
Greg met us afterward and we went around the island stopping at a beautiful stretch of rocky beach for a quick dip.
A trip to Cozumel wouldn’t be complete without a tequilla tasting! Yum!
Then back to Tortugas for some fajitas and a little swim! Great day out!

Diego was a GREAT tour guide. Our cruise was delayed getting to port by 4 hours and they worked with us to make sure we still were able to do our tour! Great snorkeling! Good food at the beach club with plenty of places to swim and enjoy the beach! Tequila tasting was delicious!

We will be on a cruise ship and wan to know if this would be a good shore excursion option? My biggest concern would be making it to the start time on time form the ship.
