Desde un inicio Liza, nos ofreció este paquete, vale la pena al 100. El lugar es un sueño, sus atractivos que ofrece son para todas las edades, la comida deliciosa, el temazcal relajante, la tirolesa fue una experiencia maravillosa en ese mar de Isla mujeres. Agradecemos a Liza Franco por apoyarnos en le celebración de los 15 Años de mis hijas. El parque garrafón cuenta con colaboradores muy profesionales. No, te puedes perder la vista de las albercas y el jacuzzi es espectacular. Gracias Liza por estar al pendiene desde nuestra llegada y hasta el último momento para poder disfrutar. Este lugar tan hermoso. Vive está experiencia!!!!

Un’esperienza unica
Abbiamo deciso per il pacchetto vip ed è stata la scelta migliore in assoluto
Il parco è immerso in un vero paradiso.
Isla mujeres è considerata tra le dieci isole più belle al mondo e Garrafon è sicuramente la location migliore dell’isola.
La “tirolesa” o zio Line sopra il mare è spettacolare ed emozionante.
La sauna nel Temazcal una vera e propria purificazione per l’anima.
La giornata di è conclusa con l’esperienza delle esperienze e cioè l’interazione con i delfini ❤️
Il nostro addestratore Ramon ha gestito il tutto con grande capacità simpatia educazione e soprattutto tanto cuore. Grazie Ramon
I delfini Madonna ed Edison dolcissimi ci hanno regalato tanta felicità. Sono delfini ben tenuti curati e si intuisce perfettamente il meraviglioso rapporto con il loro addestratore. Tra me e Madonna è nato un grande amore

Literally a dump

This place was disgusting but unfortunately it was the only option our hotel offered to get to Isla Mujeres. First, it takes forever to get there, they drop people off at the Dolphin excursion first and then take people to Garrafon. We were told there was a continental breakfast, my wife who can't eat Gluten, wasn't able to eat anything. The place is not clean and at one point a toilet full of feces literally exploded on me. When I told the staff they basically shrugged their shoulders and said ok. No apology. We couldn't wait to leave.

the main highlight for me is always joel, the shaman of the tezmacal. his ceremonies are sincere and beautiful, and i always feel great after I've taken part in it. snorkeling is fun, and the buffet is really good. i highly recommend this park but avoid the gift shop. my friend bought overpriced sunglasses that broke as he put them on, and the "manager" working wouldn't refund his money. very unfair.

Vacaciones
En este parque tuve con mi familia una gran experiencia sobretodo en el temazcal con el chamán donde nos ayudó para conectarse con la madre tierra y tener un equilibrio en nuestra vida fue una experiencia realmente asombrosa

Relaxing and fun

We were unable to do the snorkeling because the waves were too strong and we both have compromised knees but the pool was warm and not too crowded , clean and the waitstaff was always coming around with drinks. The alcohol content was low but that’s good. We walked along the shore to visit the ruins, very peaceful and beautiful. The restaurant was buffet style, food was excellent. Zip line was a first and fun, not too intense. Highly recommend it. Eat breakfast first before boarding the 1/2 hour ferry ride.

Such a Nice Place to Visit for the Family.

I really enjoyed full day of snorkeling, relaxing by the reef beach with crystal clear water, and just overwelmed with the natural beauty of the place. Nice nice place to visit and people are very nice there as well. Thank you for the wonderful memories for my family.

Pelas fotos e pela experiência dos viajantes do TripAdvisor, imaginei que seria uma das melhores atrações dentre as que escolhemos para fazer em Cancún. Talvez seja por termos ido num dia que era feriado no México, não sei. Mas foi horrível. Pontos positivos: Snorkel com peixinhos vale a pena, e a Tirolesa é bem legal. O parque fica num local maravilhoso. Pontos negativos: Snorkel não é higienizado, na Tirolesa não pode levar câmera, bebida demora pra pegar, comida ruim, pouca coisa para fazer no parque.
