Great experience! Our tour guide Emmanuel was very knowledgeable and experienced. The tour is very comprehensive, the itinerary activities are well selected for their beauty and historic content. The driver is very good too, very service oriented and they work well together. We had a great time, kits if fun and we highly recommend it.

Warm and relaxed tour guide and excellent driver made this trip safe and enjoyable. We packed so much sightseeing and historical knowledge into one day, it was both exhausting and exhilarating! Well planned routes and experienced guide made everything run smoothly. Great fun!

Very good service, super attentive guide, very friendly and polite driver. Only the van broke down on entering Merida. They should pay attention to maintenance.

Emmanuel's tour and Guide were exceptional. My grade is average because I made a special request before the tour (drop me off at Valladolid instead of returning to Merida, and be able to bring my luggage, as I was traveling to Cancun to catch an international flight a few hours later). Initially I understood why they refused my request, but during the tour I was told by the Guide that he was surprised that they denied it, as they could easily have left me in Valladolid and indeed my luggage could fit in the van. These logistical problems caused me to move extra between cities, which could have helped me a lot. Outside of that, the tour was excellent, the food, the explanations, and the content. Emanuel is an excellent Guide.
