We had an amazing time! The ATV tour was everything we hoped for, the Mayan village experience was priceless and the cenote was beautiful. Highly recommended and the guides were wonderful!

Our experience riding the ATVs and the cenote swim was incredible. The guys running this outfit are kind, professional and also laid back.
-the shuttle picked us up promptly from our Mayakoba hotel at 745am. We picked up a few more passengers at a nearby hotel and were on our way.
- we arrived at the ATV location and had a quick safety lesson before departing. They asked us not to put on sunscreen to keep the cenote clean. Goggles and face scarves were provided.
- the trails are very dusty. You will want to wear the goggles and cover up. The driving was a blast!
- first stop was a small local village/street. They treated us to empanadas and horchata. It was great! There was a restroom there to use/change into swimsuit. At the end of this visit, you have the opportunity to donate/buy a bag of groceries for the locals for $5 USD.
-then you are off to the cenote, 30-45 mins of driving the ATVs to get there. We felt safe the entire time and we brought our two kids, 6 and 3, and although it’s a bumpy ride at parts, they did great.
- the cenote is a short 5-min walk down from the road and we had about 45 mins there to swim and eat (our own) snacks. Bring a towel. And water shoes would have been nice to have - there are some sharp rock edges in the water.
- another 30-45 mins back to the ATV office before getting in the vans to go back to the hotels. We were back at our hotel around 115pm.
Things to bring: backpack with water and a snack/light lunch, $5-$10 for local grocery donation, towel, camera/phone, close-toed shoes for walking down to the cenote, possibly water shoes, tips for the tour guides.

Fast (a little too fast at times) and dusty, but such FUN! Swimming in the cenote was amazing and refreshing! The best part of this experience was seeing the families in the Mayan village. I took bags of candies and toothbrushes and handed them out to the children who excitedly ran out to greet our buggies. (No less than 50 children). I wish I took dog treats too - so many dogs. Be sure to take extra cash as for 100 pesos you can purchase a bag of groceries for families in the village. We bought 5 bags but would have bought more had we known we could do this (didn’t enough money to buy more). You get to give the groceries directly to the people so you know they are receiving them. The bags are prepackaged with milk, sugar, rice and beans for example. Such a great way to spend a day while on vacation.

This company stole my money. I booked a trip but unfortunately the night before I got sick from food. I contacted viator and told them, but they told me they would not refund my money. So the next morning I drag myself down to the lobby, get coffee and a snack in plain view of pick up area, still sick. Received a text after the bus driver had already left that we need to be ready and they won’t wait. I want my money back

We are sorry that your review does not reflect the truth. If you contacted Viator to let them know you were sick, they did not contact us, which is very rare because they always do. When we are informed that one of our customers is sick we always look for a solution, either reschedule or refund. When we wrote you in the morning to tell you that the van is waiting for your pick up at the scheduled time, your response 25 minutes later was "we are on our way, breakfast ran large" (no mention of being sick) to which we replied that your pick up was 25 minutes ago and that the van had already left. Now you write this review with the sole intention of damaging the image of our tour.

Very nice tour,guides speak French English Spanish,machines in good condition,small isolated village tour,bring candy there are many children,very nice cenote,wait to be covered in dust,they provide bandena and glasses,a must.I recommend

Very organized tour. Explained everything clearly and excited it just as they said. ATVs were fun(get ready to get dusty!) visit to Mayan Village was nice and an opportunity to give back, but the stop at the Cenote was breathtaking and refreshing! Highly recommend.

This was an excellent tour. Very well organized for pickup and a lot of fun. We are seniors over 60 and 70 but still like a good time. Be aware that getting down to the beautiful Cenote is precarious if you have mobility issues but take your time and hold on to the vines. Bring watershoes which help getting into the Cenote's water due to sharp rocks if you don't want to jump off wooden platform. The small village is very interesting and the light fare in the village was delicious and appreciated after a vigorous and highly scenic ATV jungle path to get there. Highly recommend!

Are you allowed to drive at a pretty face pace or are you just putting along in a line?

You go pretty fast at many parts, but you must follow the convoy. They are paths and worn roads that are fun because of how bumpy they are but there isn’t a part to “run free”.

The vans are in great condition and they don't have logos on them But the driver when he arrives he will ask for the name on the reservation log.
They are polite and professional.
I've been with them for 6 years booking my clients tour with them.
