Great adventure. Highly recommended. We did zip lines, then ATV trails and cenotes swimming. Nice to do the cenotes with refreshing (not cold - especially if you swim in northern lakes - we are from NH) ) water after the ATV. ATV ride can be a bit warm and dusty (dry season when we were there) and the cenotes called us down and rinsed off the dust.

They have photographers on the zip lines, ATV and cenotes. We bought the picture package because there are photos you want but impossible to get when you are actually doing the activity. Highly recommend you do this.

We did have a slight issue in getting our photo package but I was amazed at how diligently Alan De la Torre (Coordinator de Potografia for Adventures Mayas) worked to resolve the issue. There were 9 of us n the family group. When we received the initial photo package, it did not include al members and did not have pictures of all three activities (zip line, ATV and cenotes). We contacted the company and Alan responded immediately. Said he would work on it ASAP. Got a new photo package the next day with all members included. Missed the cenotes pictures, but I emailed Alan and had those within a few hours. Nobody is perfect and we all know that, but Alan's response to a customer issue was outstanding and he resolved all our issues very promptly and with minimal effort on our part. Think part of the issue was we were a large group of 9 and not always together. Difficult to put together the whole album with so many moving pieces. Anyway, outstanding customer service.

Final conclusion - great adventure, great trip, highly recommended (including photos) and outstanding customer service.

We were very impressed with the whole day from the moment we arrived they had us in small groups and explained how morning was going to work. The experiences themselves were amazing. Ended the morning with fantastic food. Would highly recommend.

It was an amazing experience it was so much fun & we had Jazmin as a tour guide and she was so sweet and amazing! Honestly 10/10 experience. Also note to bring swim shoes and extra clothes for the cenote I forgot it was included in the package.

Amazing experience.

This tour was one of the most amazing experiences ever. Although my husband and I were not able to bathe in the Cenote, the zip lining & ATV ride was awesome. One our next trip we will definitely take a dip. Our tour guide George was amazing. He made the experience an unforgettable one and to our photographer Ana who gave us amazing shots from our fun filled day. I will definitely recommend to everyone I know visiting this beautiful island.

Fun half day

This was a fun filled morning, but would have skipped the ATV riding as I would like to ride more freely, not in a straight line on a path for 45 minutes, one by one. Zip lining and ceynote swim were fantastic as was the buffet lunch at the end. Would recommend this trip, sans ATV. Frantz was an attentive guide, keeping his little “pack” all together and safe at all times. A good communicator.

We recently went to Mexico and had a wonderful time, but the highlight of the trip was our excursion with Aventuras Mayas. We decided on a combo trip which included three things we'd never done before and took us out of our comfort zone

First we got to drive ATVs around the jungle. The training was very clear and it was thrilling enough that we laughed the whole way around, without being dangerous.

Next, we went on 7 ziplines. Our 8-year-old was a little worried to start so the team helped him to sit on my lap, and that helped him jump off and scream the whole way.

Finally, we got dressed up and got to swim through a cenote. It was something we dreamed of doing, and this company helped us achieve it. The team were kind, friendly and patient and a special highlight was the lunch which was served buffet style, but authentically Mexican too. If you're ever this way, go for it! We book our trip with TUI.

This was a great off-resort excursion, and our tour guide (Jonathan) was amazing! We took in the Zipline, ATV, Cenote/Cave, and Lagoon Snorkeling package. All were great, however if you don't do well with tight spaces, the Cenote/Cave may not be for you.

The lunch at the main location was really good compared to some other excursions we've done. It was good homecooked chicken and pulled pork. There is also a store on-site with snacks and juices if you have picky eaters.

Jonathan was a ball of energy, super informative about the area/locations, and kept the group safe and comfortable throughout the day. Especially as our group had some members nervous about the height of the zipline, the space in the caves, and not strong swimmers but he made sure they were accommodated and able to still get as much of the experience as possible.

Great Zip Lines

Thoroughly enjoyed this day out (it was about half day as we were back just after lunch). We were picked up from the Bahia Principe and this place only seemed about 15 mins drive. There were 7 zip lines, the opportunity to go upside down on them (only if you wanted), then it was followed by a ATV through the jungle and then a dip in a cenote.

The zip lines were the best part of the day, unfortunately I can't remember the name of our guide but he was great, all felt safe, not great if steps are an issue as there is climbing to the top. The ATVs was so-so, there is an opportunity to buy a 15USD insurance waiver if you are not confident but the ride isn't especially fast so if you are careful there is no need although it is pushed somewhat with big images of crashed quads and values assigned.

The cenote was more of a cool off. The buffet lunch finished it, it was a nice lunch with Mexican soft drinks.

There are lockers onsite and a shop for buying other bits - snacks, beers, phone cases, water shoes, t-shirts etc.

Highly recommended for the zip lines if you want a cheaper / closer place than Xplor for the Bahia Principe area. The ATV were so/so. We went as a family with 16yr old and 13yr old.

Take water shoes and also a towel, don't wear your best trainers on the ATV if it has been raining.

First time in Mexico. Trip and guide were equally exceptional. One of the best days of my life. Got to experience the beautiful terrain of Mexico, while enjoying the exhilarating adventures Adventuras mayas had to offer. 100% recommend!!!
