I was notified of the pick up time the previous day and Jorge our driver picked us up promptly. The van was comfortable and we were given a breakfast pack of banana, cookies and juice. Our first stop was Chichén Itzá and our tour guide Elias had tickets ready so that we didn’t have to wait in the long lines. It was helpful having a tour guide because there was no information signs near the buildings and he also took our pictures.He explained everything from the history to the buildings and even about the flora and fauna. Next, we went to the Cenote Ik Kil where we we got to swim and eat a hearty buffet lunch. The final stop was the Coba ruins where we spent an hour and there were bike and tricycle rentals near the entrance. I would highly recommend these because it is very hot during the day.
Overall highly recommend this tour for the convenience, cost and professionalism of the tour guide and driver.

The trip was great. Our guide, Yolo, was very knowledgeable and—more than that—fun to be with. She made visiting the sites more interesting than if we had gone by ourselves.
Our driver picked us up exactly when we were told to meet him,and was ready to take us from site to site without delay.
And the other travelers were good company. It was a great trip.

We really enjoyed the whole day, and this was all down to Yolo (our tour guide) and Jorge (our driver). After being picked up on time and with no issues, we made our way to Chichen Itza first with breakfast and plenty of water on hand. Whilst on our journey, Yolo helped set the scene of the origins of Chichen Itza, which was interesting and helpful for giving context for when we arrived at our first destination. The tour of Chichen Itza she provided was informative, and she also let us have the remaining time to explore ourselves. We then went to the Cenote and had 1 1/2 hours there, which was plenty of time to grab lunch (a buffet was provided) and swim in the Cenote. We then finally travelled to the Coba ruins, which was actually one of our highlights as they felt less touristy and more authentic. We then arrived back just a little after 6.30 pm (we were the last drop off).
There were only 7 of us in the tour group, which made the experience feel more personal than if we were part of a larger group. Jorge was brilliant at making sure we got to where we needed to be on time and safely and allowing for restroom stops whenever we needed them on the way. Yolo was the best tour guide we could ask for - educational, passionate, and friendly. Kudos to them both for making the day as good as it was.
Would definitely recommend this tour if you’re keen to have an easy way to visit these three places and also learn a lot more than if you were to go separately.

My boyfriend and I had an amazing time! 2 other couples were with us, and it was a great semi-private type of tour. Much better than the cheaper tour buses, and was worth the splurge. Jesus was a great guide and very knowledgeable; he walked us through each location we went to. He timed everything perfectly, as we were leaving chichen itza and the cenote, it was just starting to get crowded. Also highly recommend seeing the Coba ruins! Was a really fun experience. The only downside was that it was a 13 hour day with several hours on the van coming from Cancun. Pretty much unavoidable, but if you’re staying in playa del Carmen, it’s only about a 10 hour day since it’s closer.

This was a wonderful trip. Gabriel was an great tour guide who was informative and cared about what he was talking about. He not only talked about the ruins but included information about the local trees and wildlife that the Mayans would have used. The size was small about 11 people total. The lunch was fantastic. Jorge was an excellent driver. Thank you both, Jorge and Gabriel, for giving us an experience we will never forget.

Shuttle was on time, breakfast provided along with plenty of water. Jesus was excellent as a guide. His wealth of knowledge of each site was remarkable. Other guides had scripts they used, not Jesus. Everything was from knowing the sites. The sites were fabulous. The van was comfortable. The lunch was tasty. Also liked that our group was small. Would highly recommend. Bring sunscreen.

This by far was one of our favorite excursions. Gabriel, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable in the Mayan history. We enjoyed seeing the ruins and learning the different culture in this area of Mexico. The only tip I would recommend is to allow the guests a little more time at the cenote. The water is refreshing and beautiful and we felt slightly rushed as lunch is included during that time frame. And also a tip for future travelers to Mexico, remember to haggle for the price of any souvenir bought from the street vendors.

Loved this tour and the guides. Getting to see 1 of the 7 wonders of the world and the Cenote is really beautiful. Read the other reviews and just be prepared for the long day it is so worth it. Bring extra snacks, towels, anything you need for the long day.

My husband and I were really excited to do this tour. 48 hours before the trip I received a WhatsApp message from the company explaining that they would not be picking us up from our hotel due to the traffic in Tulum. Instead they asked us to meet the tour bus at a super market (8 minute taxi ride - 300 Pesos (equivalent to £13)). This was extremely disappointing as the Taxi service in Tulum is very expensive. Nevertheless my husband and I organised a taxi to the supermarket. The van arrived and it was shocking to see all other passengers had been collected from their hotel. In addition to this, the tour guides (Carlos x2) did not have food for my husband and I, though they had provided food for all the other passengers. Apparently they had ran out of food/forgotten to put enough for all passengers, and since we were the last ones to get on the van, we were left without any sustenance until lunch. This was a tour of 12 people so I can’t quite understand how they did not account for us. Terrible start to the tour and very disappointing. English speaking Carlos was very informative throughout the tour - finally something good. The rest of the tour went well. However on the way back to Tulum, the van pulled up next to a random building in torrential rain and told me and my husband to get off here and get a taxi back to our hotel because they didn’t want to risk getting caught in any traffic. I questioned Carlos as to why they weren’t dropping us back to our hotel. Taxi service is expensive, we are an 8 minute drive away, it was torrential rain and the original agreement upon booking was pick up and collection. Carlos responded with ‘we were not told about your hotel and that he did not know where our hotel was’. A complete lie, as it is a well known hotel - never have we had to instruct people to it.
Overall very disappointed in the service of this trip. It was expensive to book and you would expect top service. I would not book this tour again.

You are a complete liar, dishonest and disrespectful. Your tour was on March 19th and from the same day you booked, which was February 25th, we sent you a message (One month before your tour!) that reached your email through the official platform informing you that due to the poor condition of the streets and construction work In the area of your hotel we offered you a meeting point as also mentioned before booking, you were told that if you did not agree you could cancel without any problem, we went even further and additionally and as a courtesy we sent you the same message on Thursday, March 16 at 11:56 am through WhatsApp (4 days before your tour) without you having the slightest decency to answer us until the day before we gave you your final pick up and you only commented "thanks" and that you "would be at the assigned meeting point" so please be honorable and remove this nonsensical, misleading and cheating message. Our guide told us about the horrible and disgusting treatment he received from you, if you wanted an excursion with private transportation you could have hired it at a cost at least 3 times higher than what you selected from that area.

I need to put my wheelchair on the tour. I know parts are not accessible. However, the walking will be too long. Can I fold up a wheelchair on the tour?

I think the wheel chair would fold into the mini bus but you would need to contact the tour directly. At koba you can hire a bike with a cart on the back for a few dolla rs. a driver peddles it around for you.
