Absolutely fabulous tour! The guides were all fantastic. We had a large group and they handled everything perfectly! Two separate cenotes in totally different environments. Our guides Miguel, Jonathan, Irving, and Heber went above and beyond to make everyone comfortable and made sure all needs and expectations were not only met but exceeded! Couldn’t recommend them enough! We had all age and abilities and everyone had a blast!

Had the most amazing day visiting a lagoon and two cenotes. Our guide Johny was the best! He knows all of the good spots and is a photographer/videographer extraordinaire! He even convinced our very claustrophobic family to go into the pitch black underwater caves, and so happy he did as it was the best experience ever! Can’t wait to take another tour with Johny!

This was my second time booking a Cenotes tour with MyQuest and similar to the first time, it was absolutely EPIC. But the real reason is Johny the tour guide!!! We met Johny during our last visit and he made the tour absolutely AMAZING. Today was nothing short of that, possibly even better!! He is so fun, attentive, knowledgeable, and takes a million amazing photos and videos of the family having fun!! 100% recommend this tour with Johny as your guide.

We visited 3 Cenotes with Juan. He was an incredibly kind and knowledgeable guide. He asked that we leave the hotel early, and I'm glad we did. We were the first group to each of our stops. 3 very different types of Cenotes - all with something unique to see. Beautiful natural history and Mayan culture education along the way. Would suggest this tour to everyone!

Irving was our guide. He was amazing. We booked this tour because it included a cenote that was on a tour we went on a few days ago that we wanted to return to. We have been to 5-6 cenotes in mexico over the years. The cave cenote on this tour is the best cenote we have seen. The second best cenote we have ever seen doesn’t come close to the beauty and uniqueness of the one on this tour.
We strongly recommend this tour, but make sure to spend the majority of the time at the cave cenote, because as awesome as the others are, no cenote comes close to the cave one on this tour.
Both tour guides that have taken us to the cave cenote say its top 3 in mexico and Irving said its where he took his father when his father visited.
That cave cenote is a real Gem in mexico. It should be made into a national park and protected from disrespectful tourists.
We strongly recommend this tour, but make sure to spend the majority of the time at the cave cenote, because as awesome as the others are, no cenote comes close to the cave one on this tour.

Johnny is amazing. We go on a tour with him every time we are in Mexico. Laid back. Great with kids. Awesome photos and under camera. Has all the gear you need plus a cooler with drinks.

Heber was an amazing guide. My family and I enjoyed the time on that tour and just how comfortable the experience was. The tour had a structure but we never felt pressed to stay with that timeline so we just enjoyed the adventures. We really appreciated Heber’s knowledge and patience with all the questions. I highly recommend.

Isaac was our tour guide and he was absolutely amazing! He was very knowledgeable and we had great conversations! This was such a fun tour and we never felt rushed. He was also happy to take photos and videos of us and made sure he got a good shot! Thank you so much Isaac!!

Is this only fun if you want to snorkel. My mom is uncomfortable snorkeling because of her contact lenses. If she came along with us, would she be able to swim and enjoy the scenery? Or do you need to snorkel to be able to appreciate the tour?

The tour can actually provide prescription goggles! My husband wears glasses and they were able to give you prescription googles to use while we snorkeled. He said it was such a game changer.
If that won’t work, I’d say this might not be the best because it is centered underwater views.

Hi Jennifer. Yes. We can start later. My our suggestion is to start no later than 9.00 am. From Cancun it takes around 45 mins longer to get to the Cenotes.

Of course you can. This places are magical so even if you only look at them is beautiful. And if you can swim you will be able to experience them also. We have life jackets and your guide will always make sure you are ok and safe.
