The tour guide Martin did a fantastic job with his group and spoke 3 languages!! He was patient, kind and professional! It was the best excursion I have been on. Very informative and educational.

We had a beautiful experience, starting at the TURISMO CHANNEL offices where they gave us very necessary advice and tips. Everything was as we expected, the place that Vane recommended to us was the best, the photos were incredible, the buffet food was very delicious and varied.

Descending into the Mayan underworld was an incredible experience...!!! The only thing that did not satisfy me was the time they give you to eat... otherwise, it is highly recommended to do the excursion, we had the guide "Pepe", very willing to transmit knowledge, I also thank the salesman Miguel who knew guide me in choosing this trip...!!!

This was a truly incredible experience. If you’re a nature-lover with a penchant for adventure this is for you! As phenomenal as this natural wonder is, the experience was absolutely MADE by our incredible tour guide Lu. Lu provided the perfect amount of guidance, knowledge, wisdom, and fun to make this experience one that we will treasure forever. The photos take by Hector and the delicious lunch were also highlights! Thank you Lu and thank you Rio Secreto for the truly beautiful time!!!
