We were a little apprehensive if this was the show for us ….. but very glad we gave it a go.
Music was exceptionally loud but that added to the atmosphere….. the performances were well put together and flowed well.
From the acrobatics to the dancing there was so much to watch.
We were shown to our seats which were at the back of the theatre but only about 10 metres from the main dance floor and at an elevated position so that our view wasn’t restricted.
The waiting staff came round regularly to check if we needed more drinks (these were included in our ticket price), there was also the chance of food that was brought to our seats, burgers, chips, nachos …also complementary.
The VIP toilets were clean and although it was only an individual cubicle this was checked by the attendant after every use.
Characters were available to have photographs taken with but I didn’t feel pressured to buy any of the products.
Main point is to take ID, no matter how old you look as NO ONE is allowed entry without it!!
The venue was fully air conditioned and at no point was it too hot.

AT 65 years of age you would not expect to find me in a night club, This place breaks the norm there is something for everyone as long as you are a music fan great vibe great service and a super show

This show was fantastic! Super energetic and fun! My husband and I had a blast! I got to dance up on the platforms and had a wonderful time! The show was entertaining from beginning to end and the wait service was top notch!

Casa de shows muito lotada, apresentações fantásticas, porém não é um local para ir com a família. Muita gente com comportamento inadequado em público.
Parece uma despedida de solteiro.
Vou resumir em prós e contras:
Prós: serviço de garçom muito bom, apresentações espetaculares, bebida á vontade, lanches bem gostosos e a vontade também.
Contras: me impressionou de verdade a lotação da casa e o comportamento leviano de algumas pessoas. Não recomendo pra essa atração pra família.

You are right that Coco Bongo is not classified as a family attraction. Since Coco Bongo is a show and nightclub, you must be 18 to enter and you will see bachelor and bachelorette parties regularly in attendance throughout the evening. In the future if you are looking for something more geared toward families, please reach out directly! We have many options that work great for all types of travel groups, no matter what your interests are, and we can assure you that the attentive service you received at Coco Bongo spans over all our events and activities!

This actual event was amazing! They put on a good show. However, the venue was giving us issues upon entry and stated that TripAdvisor only sent them money for 2 tickets when I clearly paid for 3 and it took about 30-40 min to resolve. Not a good experience with entry at all but overall the show was amazing and worth it.

Desafortunadamente, cuántas salidas hay y dónde están ubicadas está fuera de nuestro control. Eso lo maneja el antro directamente. Podemos asegurarte que todos los estándares de construcción cumplen con los requisitos de la ciudad de Cancún.

El show de coco bongo es bueno, pero el servicio de transporte no quedaron en recogernos a una hora y no lo hicieron tuvimos que agarrar un taxi que nos llevara al lugar

Yes, there unfortunately was a mechanical problem with one of the transportation vans which caused it to break down before arriving to your hotel, but Coco Bongo instructed us to order a taxi and they paid for it when you arrived at the venue. We sincerely apologize for that unexpected and rare hiccup, but we are so pleased that the full cost was covered and even more pleased that you enjoyed your night out. We hope that you will return again soon!

Um show fantástico e muito bem apreciado por mim, que estava na zona VIP do cartão dourado, sempre muito bem atendida pelo barman, Júlio Alan. Este jovem foi incansável e sempre com um sorriso, aliando a sua boa disposição á qualidade do show e dança. Do melhor que já assisti!

I don’t know if they pick up from any of those places. You would need to contact them directly. But coco bongo was a great experience itself.
