"Incredible experience at Tulum Sandbar Bike Rentals. I rented a bike for a day to explore the Tulum coastal area and it was the best day of my trip. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the bike was in excellent condition, and I was able to enjoy the sights and sounds of Tulum with complete freedom. Plus, the grilled lobster and cold beer I tried there were absolutely delicious. I can't wait to go back!"

We love The Hilton PDC but miss The Royal. The review is better late than never. We were there on New Year's. I will start with the pros
1. The Food
2. The rooms
3. The resort is so clean
4. We love the tennis up on the roof
5. The staff is amazing
6. The location off 5th Ave. It is safe to go to day or night as always watch yourself. Please don't fall for I was your waiter last night and the store owners saying almost free for you
7. The nighttime shows in the lobby. Hilton, Please put some acoustic tiles on the ceiling. We have thought about this for years.
8. The water and ice are safe but we don't drink from the faucet in our room
9. The gym we Love Juan! He has been working here for years. There are a lot of group classes to choose from or private training. Thanks for all your hard work and the friendly face.
10. I can't remember his name but the man at the Coffee House was so friendly
Here are some of the staff that we feel need to be mentioned they work so hard and do a great job
Lourdes Espejo, the host at Pelicanos. She was so friendly. Our favorite place for breakfast. We love to eat outside
The Bellhop who have been working here for years! William and Freddy Thanks, guys!
At Kalamta, Antonio A. and Aldo A. They made dinner great.
The cons
1. While we love the pool (don't bash us and no we aren't old) we don't care for all the loud music and the dancers. It'd be ok for 1 hour but not all afternoon. We miss the trivia and bingo games. The push-up completion a couple of years ago was great! We never buy a Bali bed to us it is a waste of money. The Royal had more chairs and umbrellas. Please be more guest friendly and bring them back.
2. The quiet pool is nice.
3. With no fault to the resort the beach has gotten so small and crowded. The darm weather. We used to be able to walk for miles each way. Now the water is right up to some of the resorts. We had the government can rebuild the beach
This resort is great and we would highly recommend it

בכניסה למלון יש את הבל בוי שעוזר עם המזוודות. בקבלה אתה מתקבל עם כוס שמפניה. קבלת חדרים מהירה (המלון שולח אליך לינק ששם אתה יכול לבצע צ'ק אין). קיבלנו את החדר לפני הזמן.
מנהלת הקבלה בשם ליהי מציעה עזרה בכל בכל שאלה ובקשה. ארוחת הבוקר טובה. חדרים בגודל טוב. התמורה למחיר היא גבוה.

We had a fantastic day out in this tour. It wasn’t the best start as we were picked up incorrectly and taken to a wrong location with no English speakers to explain.
However once we got to Tulum the guide was brilliant! We had a great lunch at a Mayan village in the jungle and loved swimming in the cenotes. The day was finished off with another trip to Coba and as advised from the guide we got a ‘Mayan Uber’ tricycle ride around the site which I highly recommend.

We took the tour out of convenience since we heard Coba is hard to get to solo and we wanted to see a lot in a day and easily. First time booking a tour trough Trip Advisor and it was with not problems. We did get a message about the pick up location and time change.
Tour guide did well at entertaining and his English to Spanish was impressive
Bring snacks and lots of water/drinks
They offer a drink package (300 pesos) for extra when we got on the tour bus but we were fine without and buying drinks/ snacks along the way at each spot (40 pesos each at Tulum for beer, snicker, and electrolyte drink)
They also up charged for the Coba tax if you pay with the tour (they asked for 140 peso and at gate it is 100) but we didn’t have to wait to pay at the gate
We only got an hour at Coba so you can pay extra to rent a bike or hire a bicycle taxi
We power walked and saw a lot but there was no slowing down to look
Wish we had 2 hours at Coba rather than 2 hours at Tulum
Between Tulum and Coba We went to a Cenote (50 pesos to rent life jackets which’s re required) where we had a lunch buffet and learned about Mayan tractions
The food was amazing

Me encantó este tour fue genial de principio a fin,comenzando por la puntualidad del guía,sus excelentes explicaciones,la gente maravillosa que trabaja en Cobá,y en la comunidad del Cenote hicieron de este paseo algo inolvidable 😍
