We went to this park because it looked like an unusual place to get unique, mind-bending photographs. We purchased the photo packge in advance. When we got to the park, the photo viewing machines were not working, but the park attendants assured us that the cameras were working and that we would be able to get the photographs we wanted and had paid for. We took a lot of photographs. The park was so-so. There was a sensory walk through a dark, cave-like area. That experience was bizarre and a waste of time. They had a water slide, which was great; and the ride that soared through the air was fun. They had a "river" to float down, which was too shallow to allow us to float, so we ended up having to push off the floor to get ourselves down the river. That was followed by a muddy river that had the same problem as the first river (it was too shallow). Probably the highlight of the park was the town, which was basically a street. As you walked downhill the street appeared to be going uphill (very bizarre sensory experience, but interesting).
We received a code from the park to retrieve our photographs, which were were told would be available after 24 hours and that we would have access to them for 30 days. After 24 hours the photos were not yet available. After 48 hours, same story. After a week, same story. After two weeks, same story. When we would try to retrieve the photos we would just get a message saying that they were working on getting our photos. A couple of days after two weeks we tried to log in again and were told that our code was invalid (although it had been valid for the two weeks before then). We tried to call them repeatedly throughout the weeks, but were only able to get a busy signal. In the end, we did not get our photos. If you go to this park, do not purchase the photo package (which is one of the main reasons for going). So, my advice is to just skip this park, as it is overpriced and does not provide what it promises; and you run the risk of being cheated on the photo package.

Mi niña es del espectro autista funcional. Ella cumple 5 años en 2 meses (hoy agosto 2023).
Estabamos muy emocionados por llevarla a una experiencia sensorial.
Compramos en linea con días de anticipación. En las paginas mencionan que recomendaban observar las restricciones de las actividades
No nos fue grato ver que, mas de la mitad del parque esta prohibido, aun con las consideraciones de los padres.
Me queda claro que las actividades físicas es por protección a los menores (estoy consciente del evento), pero en definitiva me lleve una gran decepción no poder darle la actividad sensorial a mi niña por terminos legales
Sugerencia para Xenses: explicar claramente en la aplicación y en el portal que actividades no pueden tomas menores o con capacidades diferentes
Sugerencia para usuarios: si se encuentran en alguno de los 2 grupos, no vale la pena el boleto. Para la población en general, si parece ser bueno

Optical illusion town is a must do, we did it twice!! the park is small but the concept is amazing very detailed. The mud bath is a hit and miss you either like it or you don't. Either way it is something new to try! Make sure to get some lemonade at the end.
The xensatorium tour is pitch black and takes about 10 minutes but the scenic walk at the end makes it worth it.

VALE MUCHÍSIMO LA PENA COMPRAR EL PAQUETE DE FOTOS SI ES LA PRIMERA VEZ QUE VISITAS EL PARQUE. Este es un parque diferente a los demás, por un lado está el camino del "sentir" con muchísimos spots para fotos padrísimas y experiencias interactivas. Por otro aldo, está el camino del "hacer", dónde te vas a divertir muchísimo y también puedes sacar fotos, aunque aquí no es recomendable llevar tu celular porque se puede mojar o caer, por eso es mejor que tengas el paquete de fotos.
Los lockers son GRATIS y puedes abrir y cerrarlos cuantas veces quieras, ahí puedes guardar varias cosas, desde ropa, comida, bebidas, toallas, celulares, cámaras, etc.
Fuimos 3 personas y nos divertimos muhco, repetimos el vuelo del pájaro 4 veces (fue nuestro favorito), y todas las demás actividades las hicimos 2 veces cada una.
En general, todo el staff fue muy amable con nosotras y nos facilitaron cualquier duda.
La mejor opción para transportarse me parece es en coche o checar el camión de Xcaret, ya que el taxi de ida nos cobró $220, pero el de regreso (ya nos regresamos en la noche) nos cobró $380 porque el sindicato de taxis no puede entrar a la propiedad a menos que sean los que tienen convenio con Xcaret, así que no había otra opción más que tomar ese con las tarifas que mencionan.

What a place this is! Me and my brother came here a few weeks ago as it’s the only Xcaret park we haven’t been to and we loved it.
The setting, the activities are all fantastic. So many photo opportunities and it’s a great day out.

Sin duda es uno de mis parques favoritos si quiero tener unas excelente fotos de recuerdo. Visité el parque la semana pasada y sin duda es toda una PASADA! La atención de Ximena en el Lodorama fue muy carismática al dar instrucciones lo que la hacen excelente para quienes se distraen muy rápido. También quiero felicitar a Diana del Xensatorium que se tomó el tiempo para explicarnos a mi acompañante y a mí, como realizar la actividad e hizo que mi amiga perdiera el miedo al inicio del mismo. Igual había un ATV muy amable en el pueblo chueco quien gentilmente nos asistió para tomarnos una foto y nos explicó sobre el resto de actividades que quedaban por hacer. la señorita Anita del Vuelo de Pájaro fue muy amable y simpática en todo momento.
No les pongo las 5 bolitas porque durante mi recorrido en el Xensatorium un integrante del personal que vigila la zona me interrumpió acusándome de tener encendido el teléfono cuando he visitado este parque en varias ocasiones y sé que no se puede tener el móvil encendido. Fuera de ello todo perfecto y diversión al mil.
No les pongo las 5 bolitas porque durante mi recorrido en el Xensatorium un integrante del personal que vigila la zona me interrumpió acusándome de tener encendido el teléfono cuando he visitado este parque en varias ocasiones y sé que no se puede tener el móvil encendido. Fuera de ello todo perfecto y diversión al mil.

Parque Xenses juega con lad experiencias sensoriales de uno. Es un parque único. Nunca habia vivido ese tipo de experiencia sensoriales. Ademas de chorrera y baño de lodo y otro con agua salada q te permite flotar, y chorrera bien alta de agua q car a piscina. Las fotos q se toman son muy especiales.
