Turned a choppy day at sea to an amazing day!!

We absolutely love this company, this our 3rd time renting a yacht with them! Today started out on choppy waters and couldn’t go snorkeling which did stink but the crew took us to the cove area and we had a blast there instead and they kept us safe. Celeste, Ruben
Beto and Francisco were amazing had took such great care of us! We highly recommend you rent with this company you won’t be disappointed!!!!

Professional and Honest

We were a group of 12 people (adults) looking to do some water activities and snorkeling and to just have a fun time on the ocean! The private shuttle picked us up at our resort on time and delivered us to the marina. Upon arrival, we paid our dock fees and loaded in the yacht. After a few instructions, we were on our way. As we approached the exit to go out to sea, the tour director informed me that it was not safe to go out. We had two choices, they could pull into a sheltered bay where we could swim and still party on the boat or cancel and get a refund. We chose to cancel. The shuttle came back to get us and drove us back. I was quite surprised to learn that they would refund the whole amount. They didn't even charge us for the shuttle. The yacht was lovely! We were disappointed that Mother Nature had other plans but were so grateful that we got our money back. Very professional and honest company. Highly recommend using this tour group!

Beautiful and fun day on the water.

David, Omar, Vicky, Ivan made our trip incredible. From the friendly and easy boarding to the food, drinks, and snorkel tour while on board we had an amazing time celebrating our future bride.we saw sting rays, turtles, and so many beautiful fish.

The service was more than amazing. The staff made sure we were met with our needs. Celeste, David, Beto y Jesus made sure we had a great time and got what we needed, we were fed and had drinks and played our own music to have the best time.

It was just my husband & I for his birthday. They had a birthday sign hung on the yacht for him saying HAPPY BIRTHDAY! The crew was amazing. The guac & ceviche was delicious. They took so many photos for us we have great pictures. We had premium bar & the tequila sunrises with Don Julio were perfect. It was a fabulous experience.
