At every stage of this trip the tour guides will try to get money out of you. Whether or not it’s at the souvenir shop, asking annoyingly for tips, or trying to force you to buy an alcohol they secretly put your face on.
This tour is already expensive enough as is. These guys are greedy.

We were a group of friends to make this excursion. We had a wonderful time. We had great guides, who provided us with a quality excursion that we will remember for a long time!

From the description I expected to go to chichen itza and the cenote. However we also went to a Mayan village which felt like a tourist trap and to valladolid, where we spent 30 minutes. Tour would have been better without those two stops. Chichen itza and the cenote were beautiful.

It was a good tour, however we were not told of the correct time for the meeting point, yet everyone else knew the time. We got an email saying 9am, but in fact was 9:40. My friend and me got there early, but given we were waiting for a 9am pickup, we genuinely thought we missed the driver.
The tour guides were also quite rude collecting the tax money, a lot of people didn't have the right money, assuming we could get change.
We also didn't get our bottles of water from anyone, even though it says its also included.

Rude and Racist!! (David?? )
The tour guide (there were two of them, the rude one looked like he is in his 60s, other one in his 50s were nice )was so rude and kind of looking down where I was alone in the group. His attitude through out the trip was so unpleasant and he even commented "oh you alone(smirk) in front of the crowd, where there were also non asian people who were also all by them selves sitting just in front and back of my seat. End of the trip, where everbody was getting off the bus and he was greeting everyone, when I came out, he just looked away and tooootally ignored me lol and just pretend that he didnt see me, obviously no "good bye" etc,,
when even collecting the paper he said "give me" with strange attitude lol

My husband and I were quite excited for the tour since it’s our first time to Tulum during Valentines Day Weekend.
One of the staff members who was collecting the money noticed that two gay men were together and immediately became rude. I was so embarrassed that I was shamed to get on the bus. He charged us extra for Mexican state taxes and kept the change.
As we were on the bus; we were then asked to forfeit our unassigned seats to accommodate a white female. This is by far the worst tour I’ve ever been on and I don’t plan on returning with this company.

Wonderful trip, the food was excellent and the staff were great! They allowed for a good about of time at all locations and took you deep into the history and culture.

I loved every aspect of this tour. The staff was very knowledgeable and professional. We learned a lot from this activity. I would highly recommend it if you’re looking to learn about Mayan culture.

The tour was a good experience that rode through the Mayans development where the government and the people are helping the communities. The tour bus is 100% recommended especially if you’re going on public holidays as we just breezed through the lines without waiting. Francisco was an amazing tour guide and had all the answers about the tour as well as the history.
