Terrible. Disorganized.

Terrible. They told us the day before our tour, that we couldn’t do it on a Tuesday because they don’t do Cancun transportation that day. We rescheduled for Friday. I sent several messages asking about transportation details and no one ever got back with me. We waited in our hotel lobby from 8:30-10:00am and they never showed. So annoying because this was the part of the trip we were looking forward to the most. I should have listened to other reviews. Book elsewhere.

Hola the tour location it's 2 hours away or more that's why we just pick up people in Cancun Monday and Friday. An apology for the inconvenience But this tour actually never happend its one of the best ones we got, hope people in Tulum or Rivera maya has the chance to do it!

Unorganized, Chaotic and not worth the price.

Book with their competitor Adventuras Mayas or you will regret. We booked this adventure thinking it was going to be our second time on a fun filled adventure in the Mayan jungle. Little did we realize this company was not Adventuras Mayas (who we booked with in May of 2019). Upon arrival the driver was 35 mins late - just to drive us 5 mins down the road to the Mayan ruins. It took them another 30 mins to herd 50 people to use the bathroom and then start the tour of the ruins. That part took up half the day (mind you they told us they would get us back by 2pm). After a 45 minute drive through rough roads we were fed minimal beans rice and two floutas. (Last year we had a full buffet of chicken tacos.) After lunch we swam through a dark uneventful cenote without lights or much discussion of the significance of the cenote we were visiting. Then it took them 45 minutes to get us geared up for zip lining because they didn’t have enough equipment. There were only three small zip lines (unlike 6 huge long ones last year). They were completely disorganized. The ATV ride was not long and no photography along the way like with Adventuras Mayas. For the same price this felt like a complete rip off. We felt terrible for our friends who we dragged through this.

Jam packed fun

The food at lunch was good and the zip lines were fun fun fun. Also enjoyed swimming in the caves. The mixture of activities was fun.

Awesome, full day

Our tour guide and driver, Samuel, was amazing! He was on time for pickup, he was courteous throughout, provided valuable information, and kept us entertained. He and his team kept us safe throughout the duration of the adventures. The grounds were clean. Do this tour!

Poor quality

Everything was extremely unorganized. I Wouldn’t do this again or recommend it to anyone else. They need to work on organizing things better and when things are closed they should give you a heads up and allow you to do other events instead not cut it short .

Es una de las mejores experiencias, la atención fue muy buena. Tomar este tour con @ParadiseAdventours fue la mejor decisión, buenos tips. La zona arqueológica cerca del mar es una de las cosas que siempre quedarán en los recuerdos.

Fui con mi novio a la Riviera Maya y conocimos Paradise Adventours y fue una experiencia inigualable! Lo recomiendo 100%
La tirolesa y el ATV fue lo mejor para mí, y todo era completamente natural! Precioso

Inolvidable mar cristalino

Tomamos la excursion de tulum tortugas con ellos, la información dentro del sitio arqueológico fue muy completa, grupos pequeños, y en el snorkel fue una vista frente a la zona de tulum increible donde vimos tortugas marinas y diferente fauna muy colorida!
El guia Pedro hizo una experiencia inolvidable de nuestra actividad y la relación costo por el excelente tour que hicimos fue inigualable.

Un tour magnifico!!

Lo pasé genial en el tour de Tulum y cenote!! Visitamos la zona arqueológica de Tulun que es muy impresionante La guía era estupenda y nos contó muchísimos detalles interesantes sobre el pasado de la zona. En todo el tiempo tuvimos agua fría, refrescos y cerveza en la vam para refrescarnos. Luego fuimos a Playa Paraíso y a visitar un cenote que fue una de la mejores experiencias del tour!! El guía era muy divertido y además coincidí con una familia de España y echamos muchas risas juntos
