Nos encantó. Marce es una persona maravillosa, amamos cada parte del tour, la pasamos increíble.
Desde que empezó el recorrido en bici todo fue espectacular, nos fuimos con calma, no sentimos presión alguna solamente disfrutar el camino. Posteriormente, el tiempo que estuvimos en ambos cenotes fue bastante y logramos disfrutarlos de la mejor manera y recorrerlos a nuestro paso. Teníamos la libertad de hacer lo que quisiéramos mientras estuviéramos listos para salir. Al final, el lugar donde comimos estuvo delicioso y fue la mejor forma de cerrar el tour.
100% recomendado.

Luigi from Italy is an absolute mad man and fantastic guide. He made the amazing experience even better. Biking through the jungles (and highways) in between three beautiful, unique cenotes, was the highlight of Tulum. 12/10 would recommend. Gracias por todo Luigi!

A good introduction to cenotes in Tulum with a simple bike ride with general instruction and a good tour guide.

This experience was truly amazing and unique! Siegfried was a wonderful, caring, and very knowledgeable guide who is passionate about his guests enjoying the tour! He also speaks excellent English. Everything about this trip was great! I would highly recommend this trip to anyone going to Tulum! It is an outstanding value and you won't regret it!

There’s a few things I think people would categorize as making their trip to another country special. The food, the wine, the beaches and photo ops, but I think what really makes a trip truly special is to experience other people, other lives and ways. The cenotes bike tour started with our meeting spot, which was an excellent coffee shop in La Fournee. We see a couple show up outside with their daughter and think it must be our guides. They take us out front for a quick rundown and we find the man does the long trips (the one we chose) and the woman does the shorter ones. We jump on our bikes and quickly find out we’ll be stopping by a local grocery for fruits and nuts for later. After that, we hit the road for a while out of town until our first stop. Now I’m going to stop there, because I think when you come across a tour guide as good as these two were, it’s best to leave it to them!
It was amazing. Heartwarming. Educational. And just fun. It is a trek, but it helps you get a sense of where you are in Tulum, and makes you feel...it’s hard to explain...like you can be here, too, and you aren’t just another annoying tourist looking for a place to take pictures of yourself.
Also, don’t forget to ask them questions and speak honestly about yourself. They‘re both crazy smart and interesting. I’m a writer, but I’ve grown accustomed to lying to people about it because it’s an eye-roller, but Sigfried considered it earnestly, and gave me a great recommendation for a book to read (I’ve started Popolvuh, Sigfried!) And Sigfried and I had wonderful and interesting conversations about politics and religion and science and art. It was awesome.
Also, we got a ton of great recommendations for off-the-path stuff to do during our dinner with Sigfried. Those are gold!
I do think this trip takes a person who wants to put in enough effort to care about people and want to know them and learn, but in doing so, you have one of those rare experiences on a trip that makes it special.

This was a unique way to visit remote cenotes in the jungle, guided by an excellent local guide Siegfried. There were only 4 people on the tour which we liked as it made it a more intimate experience. Siegfried had excellent local knowledge and nothing was too much trouble. We visited 3 cenotes but it was only really viable to swim in the last 2. We were met in Central tulum and then were given bikes. You must be aware that to get to the 3 cenotes requires cycling on busy roads with lorries etc (not really for those with a nervous disposition!) although there is usually a cycle path on the main roads. We were given a late lunch in a locals restaurant which was interesting but we would suggest taking a few snacks with you as lunch was around 4pm. Thanks Siegfried.... Definitely a unique experience.

Me and my boyfriend took this tour with Siegfried and his daughter Frida, and it did not disappoint. They took us to 3 local and beautiful cenotes. Along the way Siegfried taught us so much about not only the cenote but about the culture, environment, and politics! It was such a memorable day for the two of us and we loved every minute. Thank you so much!

The Cenotes bike tour with Food was a real highlight for our trip in Riviera Maya this year. We (family of four from New Jersey) decided to have a relaxing self-organized trip this year and we got a 6-nights stay at the all-inclusive resort and rented the car to be self-sufficient and flexible.
From home we have explored our options on the TripAdvisor for couple of trips, which will allow us to go not with the group in big bus with pickup from hotels, but at our own pace with the local guide to bike, see Cenotes, do some snorkeling an try some local (but safe!) food. When checking on TripAdvisor, on which trips would be the most sufficient for us the one “Cenotes bike tour with Food“ attracted our attention and we didn’t regret!
Everything went as expected from the previous reviews. All - the payment, communication about the trip arrangements (bike sizes, helmets, place to meet), start on time, nice very basic bikes without problems. Local guide, Siegfried, went with our pace, slowing down when we expressed the interest. We have visited five (!) very different Cenotes “out of the beaten path” without crowds, walking through some jungle path, listening to the explanations from Siegfried. Siegfried is a real local guru, who was able not only to talk about everything we saw, pointing on the things, which without him we will not even notice (for example quiet and friendly caiman which lives in one of the Cenotes) but also answering our questions about the traditions and lifestyle of local people, the advantages and disadvantages they are currently facing. On the way to the first Cenote we even passed the small “village” and saw local people in their habitat.
When we got back to the start point in Tulum, Siegfried (and his 8-years old daughter Frida, who accompanied Siegfried on his bike for the length of the trip) invited us to the “street cafe”, where locals had their late lunch. Siegfried gave us very warm and deep introduction to the different local food types, which allowed us to choose the best fit to our tastes. During the lunch Siegfried also gave us some tips on what else “out of the beaten path” should we try to see during our short stay. This tasty “Lunch & Learn” concluded our 6-hour long very enjoyable journey!
Siegfried and Marcela (obviously with Frida, who is an active participant) run very small family business, which we strongly support! Hope that next time when we come to Mexico (next year?) they will have more excursions/trips of this type to offer and we will be able to join them! Good luck and please keep up!
