Most down to earth persons in the world. Super cool staff who gives good advice for where to go and know the area as good as their own back pocket. Jamie in the shop that we had good phone contact with, always available and very polite! Hannah who was our diving guide. Good to tell and explain about the cenotes and the environment around it. Both Dives where very cool at dos Ojos, but the best dive was Angeliate cenote with Hannah, awesome experience you have to check it out, can’t explane in words how cool it is!!

An amazing experience to visit and scuba dive in Dos Ojos. We did the Bat Cave and Barbie Line, it felt a little more cave-like than cavern. It was very dark in places, but super cool seeing all the underground wonders. Highly recommend this unique experience!

We went with a big group - 6 Open Water and 2 Discovery Divers. Jamie, who runs the shop, was very responsive and helpful every step of the way in organising our group and accommodated all our requests promptly and professionally.
Our leaders for the OW group at Dos Ojos, Mario and Hannah, absolutely made our day - very professional, fun and knowledgable people who clearly love what they do and where they do it. Jamie took great care of the Discovery Divers at Casa Cenote who were nervous at the outset but ultimately loved the SCUBA experience.
The cave/cenote itself is magical - a truly unique experience that must be experienced to appreciate!
Would very highly recommend this place for a smooth and safe diving experience.

Instructor with a lot of experience and patience. While diving the pit I couldn’t control my breath and the instructor really helped me control it again so I could fully enjoy the dive.

I had a wonderful experience diving with Mario, my diving guide. I never done cave diving before but I felt really safe and I had lots of fun!
Jamie is lovely and I definitely recommend THE FLYING FISH to everyone who simply want to have an awesome time diving in Cenotes ❤️

Deux plongées incroyables avec Mario. Un instructeur drôle, hyper intéressant et soucieux de l'environnement. De bon rappels théoriques (nécessaires dans notre cas) avant la plongée. Et un spot incroyable, au milieu des mangroves, des puits de lumière, d'une eau cristalline. Une expérience unique qui nous en a mis plein les yeux. Cerise sur le gâteau, nous n'étions que deux.

Absolutely magic experience. Team of Flying Fish feels a little rough in the beginning but they take good care of you and it's great fun. Once you relax, the cavern dives are something unusual but easy in the end and you can just enjoy it to the fullest. Despite a lot of dive traffic it never feels crowded. Another customer (rescue diver) once helped me even more than our guide but that was pure luck. Fair price in comparison to other companies.

Amazing dives and amazing service.
Me and my girlfriend dive with Flying Fish and it was just amazing. We had a lot of questions on diving in enclosed spaces and Jamie handled us patiently and really made us feel prepared.
We dove with the dive master Mario and you could really tell that he made the dives with a lot of passion, you know when you could tell that it is entertaining for him also. Not just another day at the office.
Now we are very pleased with our 3 dives and we can cross this amazing experience of the bucket list. Still want to go back and do this again!!

Walked together with a friend into the shop to get some information about the possible dives. Got a lot of helpfull and detailed information from the owner.
Agreed to do 2 cenote dives the next morning. 1 in Dos Ojos and 1 in the Bat Cave.
Next morning we were welcomed by the experienced divemaster and owner and took the gear. All the dive equipment was very well maintained.
Together with the divemaster we went to the dive site. Was great to be with just the two of us and the divemaster, so there was a lot of personal attention. Both dives were great, especially the Bat Cave was amazing and should definitely recommend it!
I can definitely recommend Flying Fish. High level of equipment and great detail on diving safety.
Also rented a bike at the shop. The bike was well maintained and new.
If I come back in Tulum, I will go straight back to Flying Fish to dive with them again!

We did not know about the dive shop and just bumped into the shop because we crossed the street. From the first minute all went awesome. Great explanation about the possible dive options and we decided to Dos Ojos and El PIt. The dive day went more than smooth. High quality equipment, very great experienced dive instructor and the dive itself, especially El Pit was amazing.
