Ricardo was our driver/guide, Roberto was our Ruins guide and they were both very helpful and knowledgeable. They were accommodating with our pick up location. Our 79y grandma went with us and they were helping her with the stairs and moving around, very kind of them. The ruins and Cenote were both very beautiful. Would book with them again.

The guide at Tulum was knowledgeable and curteous. I felt we saw a great deal with the history in the limited time available. Our driver took us snorkeling in the cenote and again we got a lot in during the available time. The excursion was enjoyable from beginning to end.

Fabian and Ricardo gave my family our favorite day of our vacation to Rivera Maya. I found their information on a Facebook page for our resort and decided to message them about an excursion. The responded quickly to my Facebook request and we booked an excursion within minutes of first reaching out. They answered all our questions and made us feel super comfortable about spending a day off the resort with them and our three kids. We did the cenote and Tulum Mayan ruins excursion, which lasted about 4 hours. They picked up up promptly from our resort lobby and we were on our way! Their knowledge of the area and ability to provide a private and authentic cenote experience was unparalleled. They took so many wonderful keepsake photos of the five of us on their GoPro camera and provided engaging and interesting information about the area and the culture. Beto, their Youcatec tour guide for the Tulum Mayan ruins, was a WEALTH of knowledge, very entertaining, and I'm convinced no other guide could have provide the cultural connection he did. You will NOT be sorry using The Turtle Travel Riviera Maya for your excursions and I'm so happy we decided to book with them instead of the representatives at the resort.

Our guide Beto at the ruins were excellent. Beto is a Mayan and he shared the Mayan culture with us, explaining the architecture and significance of the ruins. We learned so much and enjoyed walking around the ruins.
Our driver picked us up at our hotel and drove us to the ruins and the cenote. He was an excellent guide as well and we enjoyed our conversations with him in the car

This private tour was well worth the money! Fabian and Berto were both extremely knowledgeable, polite and friendly. Berto in particular was a wealth of knowledge when we were in the Ruins, letting us in on insider knowledge and answering any and all questions we might have had. Walking around with him and my partner felt really special, as you could tell he really took the time to explain everything to us and we didn't feel rushed or part of a herd.
The cenote was incredibly impressive. It is worth noting it is an underground cenote. We had expected it to be open aired, but the tour was in an underground cave. If you're claustrophobic, this may not be the tour for you. I am, but Fabian made me feel comfortable enough to experience the cenote with him. I'm so glad I did! It was incredibly impressive. Snorkeling gear and underwater flashlights are provided, but I would recommend bringing some water shoes if you have them.
We were picked up and dropped off at our hotel, which was incredibly convenient as well.
We would 100% recommend this tour if you want a wonderful, private and tailored experience of both the Ruins and the Cenote!

We booked the Private Ruins and Cenote Tour with Fabian and had a fantastic experience! He connected us with a great local guide for the Ruins tour and took us in the Cenote himself. Both experiences were so awesome that we booked another tour -- snorkeling with sea turtles at Akumal Bay as well.

Great tulum tour as the guid knows all of the history, the senote was great, nice cool water and great tour with loads of local knowledge!! Fully recommend their service!!!
