We had a wonderful day visiting a local home with farm animals, making breakfast and then riding for five hours up and down the canyon. The guides and horses and care for customers are what make this a special day out.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We are horse people and I normally don’t like vacation trail riding, but this was GREAT!!! Horses were well taken care of and happy, guides were knowledgeable and kind, and we felt very safe. These horses were so sweet and SO sure footed and level headed. Lots of straight ups and straight downs, but they all handled it like PROS! Bring tip money and bug spray!!!!

We had an amazing day with the Horses! Lino did a great Job goving an introduction and he was not lying- the horses aber probably the most well trained in the state, so the ride is as safe as it can be for beginners as well!

We (wife, daughter and myself) had a great time on our 8-hr horseback riding excursion with homemade breakfast and by-the-stream lunch. We are not horse-savvy but that didn't matter at all. Our Guide (Yunuen) and the "vaqueros" lead by Antonio were terrific, as were the horses (Mariachi, Altanero and Moro). The scenery is also fantastic! We strongly recommend it!

Lino and the vaqueros were excellent. They made sure that we had a fun and safe day. The horses were great and well trained and the food was excellent too. I would recommend this trip to anyone.

This was definitely one of the highlights of our family trip to San Miguel. It certainly was not your typical horseback ride! The ride included some espectacular rides through Coyote Canyon and our ascend to the top was just amazing. I had no idea horses could climb that well. Rodrigo was an amazing guide with so much knowledge of the surrounding areas which made our ride more interesting.

Excelente! e suna experiencia única ! es la primera vez que monto en mi vida, Monique , la guía muy amable y paciente y los caballos muy bien entrenados. La vista increíble ! Muy recomendable para ir en pareja , en familia ( incluso niños pequeños ) o con amigos

Did the full-day tour with Lino. Met up at 9, bit of a drive to the dig site entrance, after which you drive farther down, then a further walk uphill to the digsite. Not for the poorly mobile. Lino tells you about the history of the Chichimeca and their beliefs in the afterlife. What he won't tell you is how to use the dry toilet at the digsite.
Ate a delicious meal at the ranch, which was pleasant. The horseback tour goes deep into the canyon along the river, crossing through it several times. The trail goes up and down steep inclines so be advised. You go to the top of the mesa then go back down. You get driven back to the city. It's definitely a full 9 to 5 day.

What a memorable day spent at the Pyramid Tour + Half-Day Horseback Riding Excursion! Lino was our tour guide, couldn't ask for a better person to give us information about the history of the pyramid. He was very knowledgeable, informative and friendly. We were a family group of 10, ages range from 13 years old to 52 years old, Lino managed to keep us all together and interested at all times. Lunch at the ranch was excellent, the ladies there were super nice and friendly. The horseback riding adventure was everyone's favorite! Lino and his brother Rodrigo along with many other ranchers guided us through the canyon. What beautiful scenery! I highly recommend this tour.
