We had a completely delightful and delicious time cooking with Bereniece. She was warm, welcoming, well-organized and full of interesting information about the cuisine of Northern Mexico. It was a lovely, hands-on, convivial experience that we would definitely recommend to anyone visiting San Miguel. I can't wait to try the recipes at home!

A marvelous cooking lesson. The teacher was so well organized and I learned the methods, history and techniques of the recipe. There are a lot of teachers who charge twice as much.

Passionnée, la chef m'a fait découvrir 2 plats mexicains typiques et délicieux. N'hésitez pas à venir tester vos talents de cuisinier. Bere vous donne des conseils, l'histoire du plat et puis rend la dégustation très sympathique avec les autres participants.

Ana was a delight to hear. She told me about the area she was from - and we cooked ( or I learned) a traditional wedding meal. Beware - it is not walkable from Centro area of San Miguel.

What a unique and fun experience in San Miguel. This was a very private experience in the friendly home of a talented chef. My wife and I had a great time making the dishes , sharing some wine and learning alot about the history and cuisine of the area.

We truly enjoyed our experience cooking at Anna’s family home. I feel like I have a better understanding of Mexican cuisine. We walked from town to her home. Enjoy!!

Chef Berenice was delightful. She explained our recipe from a historical perspective and how the ingredients are used in Northern Mexican cooking. . She described the region and how the ingredients were brought and incorporated into the region by other cultures. The class was 100% hands on and the ingredients were fresh and delicious. Our kitchen was well equipped and beautiful. I highly recommend this cooking class for anyone whether you are an experienced cook or just beginning.

Ana was fabulous. We learned so much. Love her sharp knives and one of a kind recipes. Kitchen and home where she teaches is lovely and a nice part of SMA.
