Relaxing cruise down to Chilena Bay, but DO NOT go for the snorkeling. We were only in the water for about 20 min and the guide "chummed" for fish, but we never bothered to go near any reefs; just swam in circles around the boat. The staff was professional and friendly and the boat was great, and I'm glad they are concerned for our safety, but people were definitely expected to snorkel. Perhaps we could have gone for more than just one spot! Lunch was mediocre at best. We went mostly for the snorkeling and were very disappointed.

Muy buena atención, del servicio falto mejor opciones de comida y musica..

It wasn’t exactly what I expected. We only snorkeled for less than 30 minutes. And if you aren’t in decent shape the snorkeling would have been tough for you. Snorkeling wasn’t very organized as I am use to.
If you want free drinks and loud music this is the trip for you. It is strange it is free alcoholic drinks before you get into the ocean to snorkel.
The service was good, but I was hoping for more snorkeling.

La comida es muy básica, se puede mejorar con un poco más de fruta como banana, manzana enteras.

The crew was very nice, the boat was good, i thought we would be going to more than one place. They took us to chileno beach and it was nice but we had been there by car so it wasn’t a wow, i expected to visit something different with no access by car. Lunch was below average.

It was my first time ATVing and Giovanni was a great tour guide! He recommended a good vehicle for a first timer and got us through the route in a safe and fun way. He even took the time to take our pictures along the way. Highly recommend this place and tour guide!

Friendly staff, good food and drinks, great views of migrating whales but terrible snorkeling. We’ve snorkeled many times in several locations. We’ve determined that the Mexico riviera is not a good place to snorkel or the tours aren’t taking us to the better locations. The water always is murky and fish are few. If not for the views of the migrating whales, the views of the coast line, the good food (served by their staff thankfully! Not buffet), plentiful drinks, and fun staff on board I would say don’t do this tour. If your goal for this tour is to see fish and enjoy snorkeling, this is not it. I don’t blame the crew for the poor quality snorkeling.
As others mentioned they make you wear the funky large orange floatation vests that don’t fit well and are uncomfortable in water. They should invest in better quality vests. They don’t offer wet suit shorties or even Lycra suits yet the snorkel guide is wearing a full wetsuit (water is on the cold side). At least in winter months you may want to bring your own shorty and vest. They had sufficient masks and fins for all (I’ve been on other Mexico snorkel tours that did not). Quality was ok (again if you want better bring your own! On safety, it was not apparent they counted returning snorkelers at end to ensure all were back on board (we were close to shore).
One of the snorkelers had a medical emergency while in the water. When another snorkeler noticed she screamed out for help, they worked to bring him on board by kayak, administered CPR once on board, and called “marina rescue.” He was taken by the rescue and we could see them continue to provide CPR. That was a sad and unfortunate end of the trip. The staff tried to get the mood back up but I don’t think they were successful.

The views of cabo, leaving the dock, we magnificent. The guides spotted out whales and sea lions and even slowed down the boat so we could watch as they passed. The water was cold but once you're in, you're good to go! Snorkeling was fun but it is difficult with the waves at times. The lunch was subpar, crackers with potato salad, a small sandwich, and tuna salad but the drinks made up for it. All in all it was a good tour with plenty to remember!

Decent views of the beach and the horizon with a nice experience by the arch and lover’s beach. Drink’s were good. The boat experience, however, goes down from there.
The visibility of the snorkeling and the fish could have been better. The head tour guide of the boat tour was tactless in the 4 attempts he made to ensure you tip the staff. He even went so far as to call out the crowd for having weak tips and got you comfortable. He also spent time during explaining the snorkeling rules to condescendingly explain why he did not appreciate some tourists of the past questioning the rules (which is fair but tactless). Not the most professional experience.

Tuna and potato salad; club type sandwich; fruit, and crackers. Can't answer the gluten free question, however they were so accommodating i bet if you asked in advance they would take care of you.
The drinks were unlimited, however they only allowed you 2 alcohol drinks before you enter the water.

Is there a ramp or a ladder to get back on the boar after snorkeling? I have difficulty climbing a ladder.

There is a small ladder on the back of the boat. There are people to assist you if you really need it but if its a real struggle for you I would maybe skip the snorkel and just enjoy the cruise part

Buenos días, ayer por la noche a las 23:23 horas del sabado 20 de julio de 2019 , realice el pago para reservar dos lugares para este tour, se aplicó el cobro a mi tarjeta pero la plataforma dice que el registro fue fallido. No recibí ninguna confirmación y estoy intentando comunicarme con ustedes y la grabadora dice que hasta el lunes. Necesito que me confirmen o cancelar!!!!
