Cero sana distancia.
Desde la entrada se.comenzaron a juntar cientos de personas que van para otros barcos CIENTOS sin cubrebocas. La de seguridad les pide que al comprar boletos los usen pero después no exigen nada de distancia o cuidados.
El personal usa cubrebocas solo al zarpar y al llegar pero el resto del viaje solo el bartender usaba
El fotógrafo intenta venderte su material pero se acerca demasiado, quitándose el cubrebocas, a cm a de tu cara!!!
Decían que trabajan al 30% de capacidad pero no es verdad, iba lleno.
No desinfectan el equipo, solo lo mojan en un tanque con agua TODO JUNTO.
Pésimo que le avienten panes a los peces para que se acerquen, nos cayó en la cara mientras hacíamos esnorkel.
La comida bien pero las bebidas tan aguadas que no nos quedó opción más que solo tomar agua.
Los animadores no son piratas, no se visten como tales, no hablan así. Esperen algo igual a cualquier renta de lancha que lleva al arco.
No vale el precio y menos que nos expongan así al Covid. Deberían clausurarlos por no tener las mínimas medidas de higiene.

The ship looked pretty cool and the crew tried really hard. They were friendly and attentive. Food was mediocre at best -- pasta salad, crispy burritos and hot dogs -- ugh! There was an open bar that would appeal to some but that wasn't important to us. The weather was terrible and we had to turn around after sailing to Chileno Bay because the water was too choppy. Snorkeling at the alternate location, Pelican Rock, was awful. Water was cold and murky. I ask to get back on the ship but they wouldn't help me do that until everyone want back. Upon our return to the dock we just wanted to get off the boat we were kept there to watch a hokie pirate-themed show for an extra 10-15 minutes. I suppose a boat full of drunks on a nice, warm day might have enjoyed the show but we did not.

It is important to mention that safety for our customers is the most important and when the waves are very strong, we do the activity in a safe area, possibly at that time were not the best conditions or the best area to appreciate how wonderful we have in our bays. Excelente servicio, muy buen ambiente, divertido para niños y adolescentes. La comida estuvo muy buena, buena actividad con el snorquel y el show pirata muy dinamico y divertido. Super recomendado.

The crew was on top of it every minute of the boat ride! Must I also mention how delicious the breakfast was? Totally worth it! You even make a quick stop at the Arch for some pictures.

Good tour, crew was friendly and very helpful. Always asking for beverage orders and good little games for the kids. We did the breakfast tour, food was meh scrambled eggs, pancakes, nachos and refried beans... Crew was very knowledgable about the wildlife and put us onto some humpbacks including a mom and baby! Good interactive experience, if you are looking for a small tour this is not it. I figured around 50 people, a crew member said closer to 100...

We did a breakfast snorkel tour with kids ages 6 & 9. Pro, The staff was amazing and went above and beyond. The negative is that they had way too many people on the boat. We were crowded into a tiny area near the bathrooms and felt in the way the entire time. For snorkeling they divided us into 2 groups. If you have kids under 15 you have to stay in the group near the boat. Like right next to the boat where you’re constantly bumping into other snorkelers. And by the time you finally get in the water you have about 15 minutes until they make you get back out. Definitely don’t recommend this tour if you actually want to snorkel.
