Complete waste of day!

Disorganized process!
the driver was late by 1 hour! to pick us up at our hotel and did not apologize at all, we stopped another 2 times to pick up other customers.
We were not told that photography was prohibited until we arrived, tour guide was so rude and loud when asked something! the bad service of the staff ruins the whole experience, Complete waste of day!
