Booked a 4:00 tour with 12 family members, including 2 young children. We were asked to be 15 minutes early, and ended up waiting an hour on a boat to arrive. The attendant continued to say the boat would arrive in 5 minutes. Was a very hot day to stand in the sun and wait longer than the actual tour lasted. We should have read some of the other reviews prior to booking.

Hay playas muy limpias como palmilla o chileno , que hasta llegan a parecer exclusivas para turista Americano, por otra parte hay playas con falta de limpieza en sanitarios , playas, areas comunes como embarcadero y medano.
La lancha de cristal no encontré donde rentarla , sin en cambio usamos una donde nos aseguraban Al menos tener un par de cristales para ver por debajo, lamentablemente el estado de los mismos no permitían ver nada.
El precio por está lancha para el recorrido de ballenas es de 800 pesos por persona , buscando con algunos que te ofrecen el servicio por grupos (éramos 8) nos lo dejaron en 550 por persona , recorrido que duro casi 2 horas y se logró el avistamiento de ballenas , lobos de más y delfines.

We booked a glass bottom boat tour for our family. Lorna answered the phone and got us all squared away, we were able to book it about an hour before it left. She was really helpful and communicated the information promptly and clearly. We enjoyed the tour around the arches and at an online price $12/person it was really an affordable tour. The captain took some photos of the family on the bow of the boat with the arches in the background; nice having all of us in the picture. It was a fun experience and would definitely do it again through Aries.
